Once you arrive at the parking facility you will be greeted by one of the parking lots' representatives.

At the time of check in you must provide the attendant with your reservation information, name of the ship and number of guest(s) traveling with you.

We reserve the right to substitute self-parking of your vehicle for valet parking services at our sole discretion.

Your driver will provide you with pick up instructions. A document with multiple flags explaining the guidelines will be provided. Please keep this document with you as it will be beneficial for the shuttle drivers to locate you during pick up.

Upon returning from your voyage you will flag the drivers utilizing the document previously provided to you prior to departing.

Shuttle Information

Shuttle pickup at the port for RETURNING customers ONLY starts at 7:30 AM.

Regular shuttle service TO and FROM the port starts at 11:00 AM and runs continuously throughout the day until 2:30 PM.

ONLY (4) passengers will be shuttled to the Port of Miami as a courtesy free of Charge, any additional passenger (s) must be dropped off at the port prior to arriving at our parking facilities.

Some things to keep in mind:

* The lot will provide courtesy shuttle services to and from the port.
* The shuttle service is a courtesy, in the event that you opt for other means of transportation, it will be at your own expense.
* Upon arriving from your cruise, you must report to the designated pick up area and follow indications provided to ensure proper pick up.
* If you do NOT see the shuttles within the stipulated waiting period, you must call the number provided on pick up instruction upon arrival.

In the event that the 35-minute pick up grace period has been exceeded, call the shuttle dispatch hotline on 786-830-4506. Upon arriving from your cruise, you must report to the designated pick up area to ensure proper pickup. If you do not see our shuttles, please immediately call the number on the provided document (given to you at the parking location) to report arrival.

ENTRY PROCEDURES

  • UPON ARRIVING

  • Once in the facility, Go up to the 7th Level and check in with the attendant, you MUST present your INSTAPARK parking confirmation. If no attendant is present park in any open space from the 7th floor and above and call to confirm arrival. Shuttle pick is on the 7th FLOOR.

  • Our check-In starts at 10:30 AM, shuttle service to the port starts at 11:00 AM and runs continuously throughout the day until 2:30 PM.

    Our ship came in and we were told someone would be there upon arrival. We were one of the first to get off the ship in Miami and no-one was there. We called the provided number and they said that they would "send' someone. Four calls and one hour later,,,,, a small van came to pick up 25 more that had also arrived. I will not use this company again!!

    Getting there was very easy and well organized as they lined us up to load shuttles to go to the terminal. Getting picked up was a bit of a challenge because we had to call for service because it was about 10:30 and we didn’t see any vans. They thought they had picked up everyone. But once we called, they were nice and came to pick us up immediately. People must be reminded (more vocalized) to read the yellow paper they give you at the parking check-in because it has instructions that say the paper has to be waved in order for the vans to see you.

    It was very difficult to find, because the address was not the same as the parking garage. I couldn’t get through the gate. We had to wait for over an hour to get through on the phone to have someone pick us up. All in all it was the worst parking experience I have ever seen The facility was good and the driver was pleasant is the best I can say.

    For starters there was not anything that said this was instapark. Then after taking a chance that it was no attendant was available. We tried calling the phone numbers with zero success more than one time. We parked anyway but we were worried about our vehicle being there when we returned. Upon return we called for a shuttle only to find out there was no answer to IED the 800 number to no avail. Tried this many times while on the dock. Finally we called for a Lyft and got to our car thankfully. Had no idea how we would get out. After pressing button for help there was none. Then an attendant did appear and he opened the gate for us. So I have to assume that after you reading this you can understand why we were upset.

    Don't pay for this service, we waited one hour in the parking and we saw just one shuttle during that hour, we were about 50 persons waiting for the shuttle. We finallly decided to walk to reach the port. After the cruise it was the same, we waited at least one hour and we didn't see any shuttle from this company. It is horrible...

    I had several issues with the service (specifically Wepark Miami). When we arrived home we went to the designated pick up area. We waited about 25 minutes in that area looking for the shuttle. I called to check to see the status and was assured they would be there. Consistently the other companies had shuttles there at a regular pace. Not one vehicle from Wepark passed that location in over an hour. I called again and explained we had been there an hour and there was not one of there vans through. I confirmed we were in the right spot. She had no idea where were were to be and kept referring that we needed to be where my confirmation paper said (which we were). She promised it was coming. Again, no vans came through. I called another time. This time they said to cross the street to the other side for pick up and they would be there in 10 minutes…Again nothing! I called again and I could tell the person on the phone was overwhelmed. She said Eric was 7 minutes away and would get us at the original location. So back all 8 of us went to the other side of the busy road. Eric never showed up. 15 minutes later a Wepark shuttle pulled up and to no surprise a mob of people tried to get on. The driver, Louis, said the van was full. He was absolutely not helpful and could have cared less about the situation. Again, we waited to get the shuttle back to our cars (we had 2 reservations). A last call for a pick up was made and she promised they would send another shuttle. We decided to jump a cab to the garage and just handle it ourselves. There was 2000+ people getting off the cruise boat that morning and when we picked up our group there was maybe 100 people still floating around. All other shuttle services had picked up their guests with no issues. The little we saved to park with Wepark was certainly not worth the cab expense and frustration of standing around for 1 hour and 45 minutes. We travel a lot and I have never seen a more poorly managed process.

    Waited in excess of 1 hour for a van! Another passenger and I had to commedere the 1 van we finally saw and demand he travel to the pick up site. Prior to that , 1 van departed before out eyes! Never again!

    There is no signage to indicate the location, and I had to call twice before speaking to an attendant on site to give me directions. On getting back to the parking garage from the port; I called several times to get picked up and it took more than an hour and a half to get picked up.

    I ignored the negative comments and wish I had heeded them. They advertised shuttles to cruise port every 25 mins. When we arrived, there was a group of people already waiting for 35 mins with no shuttle in sight. I pulled up to ask if there was a certain area we were supposed to park (because the garage was completely full up several decks and we had a reservation) The person I asked was not actually the Instapark employee but a fellow cruiser. The employee was behind a podium, sitting on a bucket, staring at her cell phone. So I asked her if there was a certain area to park, she responded to keep driving around. We were able to find a place because someone else gave up waiting and left. 20 mins later we were finally boarding the shuttle. The folks who had been waiting now an hour were panicking they were going to miss the ship. My partner and I were horrified as a disabled person was forced to climb into the very back of the van, she was crying in pain while the employees were trying to help. A male client sat in the front seat watching, a man in the second seat watched blandly as well. I finally said, someone needs to move to let this woman sit in an easier seat. Then we boarded in the very back. Now it is 2:50 and the last ship boarding time is 3 pm. Just as we were pulling away, another couple arrives. They stop the van to wait while the couple searches for a parking space and walks to the shuttle. My partner and I decided to get out of the shuttle and drive ourselves to the cruise parking garage. Cruise parking garage is $25/day. If I can't afford $25/day to park in the cruise parking garage to have a MUCH MUCH easier boarding and departure experience, I won't take another cruise. This Instapark near the Miami Cruise Port was horrible in every way.

    Location was perfect !!! Attendant should have informed us that the parking was on the 7th level and that they would require our license plate number. We we’re dropped off away from the elevator and we had to move our luggage two floors to get to our parking space. Attendant had to come over and let us out of the gate, we had no card or pass to get us thru. Drop off driver should have told us that we needed to wave the yellow paper for him to stop and pick us up when we return. Will certainly use you again, primarily because of your location.

So many people had to go back to take a picture of it. 3 Some people had confirmed emails showing that they paid but the woman couldn't find the reservation. 4. The woman and drivers barely spoke English which makes it difficult when most people in the line didn't speak Spanish. We just handed her my phone which had all the info. 5. The woman who checks you in, kept leaving. 6. Only 3 vans to take hundreds and hundreds of people to the terminal. 7. "We Park" did not take people to the terminal by a first come first to go. It was by size of the line for a boat. Our boarding time was 11AM, we got to the garage at 10:15 and got checked in with the woman by 11AM. We were in our line for our boat at 11:02. We were on Grandeur of the Seas, a smaller ship. We stood in our line until after 12:30. For those that were going on the Carnival Celebration, they only had a 15 minute wait. 8. You have people standing for hours in the heat who are elderly or have health issues. I am one of those people. There is absolutely no reason that I should have to wait 2 hrs in 90+ degree heat to get on a boat. 9. When we got back to Port, we were one of the first off the ship. We had to wait for over 45 minutes to be picked up. This is VERY poor organization. We have parked at many parking facilities for cruises and have NEVER experienced any problems like this. We have been on shuttles that ask which ship and drop off on a first come first serve basis and it worked great. After reading the reviews after getting off the ship, this has been going on for a long time. This explains the 1.7 star rating on Google.

    They NEVER picked us up from the port of Miami when we returned. We called twice and they told us “be there on 10 minutes.” We called back and it was going to straight to voicemail. Needless to say, we had to pay to catch a Uber to get back to the parking garage. What pissed me off the most was I was trying to make it to my nephew funeral and didn’t because the lack of their poor service! Highly NOT recommended!! Unprofessional!

    arm would not rise to let me in- no attendant. driver would not allow me to get on bus, said i did not have the right papers! I did. I refused to get out of line 3 times-those behind me were becoming angry-I told him to call the police, my name did not come up on his screen-I continued to show receipt and conformation #.     the scan code to get out of the lot would not work and NONE of the phone #s supplied were answered and could not leave a message. Took 1.5 hours to find a driver to help just to get past the gate. Many other folks had the same problem. The gate would not recognize the code and could not get help. very frustrating and aggravating

    Difficulty with entry. Could not understand the attendant because of his heavy accent. The van driver was not very pleasant because we were his last passengers of the day and he seemed to be put out by us. I will not use this parking facility again.

    QR code did not work at garage. There was also no parking attendant anywhere. I was forced to pay twice for the parking, $60 for InstaPark that did not work and $100 to the garage. I will never use InstaPark again and will advise anyone else against it. I need a refund immediately. I can send pics of the garage receipt I had to pay because InstaPark barcode didn’t work.

    I wanted the bus to go not just along the route, but take specifically arrived people. There were four of us and then we needed to go to the airport, and we were separated because there was not enough space. The bus came full. But basically all is well.

    Very convenient to cruise location but were unable to shuttle us to the ship. We had small suitcases so we ended up walking (25 minutes) across the bridge to the ship. Because of our experience we just walked back upon arrival back to the garage. I will look at other options in the future.

    The exterior of the building has no address at the street entrance. It would be extremely helpful to have this... the shuttles were taking way too long. If you read the reviews and on the feedback page of searching the parking facility you should probably realize you need at least double the transport vehicles. We ended up Ubering and taxing to and from despite the paid transport in our online order. Otherwise your greeting/ entry people were VERY courteous and it was helpful to have direction from them. The shuttle drivers I don’t know because I never met them because I couldn’t wait any longer for them. Do these things better and your ratings will improve. Stay the same and you will continue to lose business.

    The first place we booked which was a month early when we got there told us they didnt shuttle to the cruise ships. So we had to call instapark get a refund and by then the only place left was 30+ dollars more expensive. They didnt offer a discount or any type of compensation for wasting our time which was over an hour trying to deal with this crap. We found out that half of the parking garages they have listed to go to the port does not go to the port. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

    1. No "Instapark" signs at building. We drove around the block several times until someone told us the entrance to Park Miami was the Instapark entrance. 2. You really need to have restrooms available. After driving 4 hrs thru traffic, we were really in need of a restroom. A construction worker was kind enough to direct us to a porta potti.

    Very disorganized! We waited 3 hours to get picked up! After calling multiple times nobody came. We had half of our party walk out of the port and look for a van in the traffic got in and rode back to the port and still wasn’t able to get back to the carport due to other people cussing us out and putting their stuff into the van. We were the very last people to get picked up and that’s only because we walked to the other side of the port and got into the van dropping people off. There was only one van that came in 3 hours (between 8-11) definitely doesn’t come every 30 minutes. Wouldn’t go with this company again if my life depended on it.

    We printed out the parking directions and found (2) addresses, and the one chose took us to (45 SE 2nd st Miami) so there was no ride to the ship we had to Uber. Sunday afternoon someone from instapark called us and ask if we where coming my wife told them what had happened and they gave us a number to call when got back on the Jan 5th I call and no one answered I left a message but they never called back.     Horrible! I was scammed out of my money! When I arrived to the location no one spoke English, when I finally spoke to someone who did speak English they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Never again ! I feel stupid for even trusting such a thing. When I called no one even answered but Instapark knows that cause you guys just scam all day it seems. I ended up paying $143 for parking in the end.

    I booked in advance but drove around the city of Miami looking for the parking garage on the original paper. Turns out the lot was moved but I wasn’t notified. I finally found the lot after a call to the 1800 number. Once I found the lot the staff was great, pick up was quick. A bit of a hassle but still worth the savings

    Parking in your parking garage was a complete nightmare, we had to wait almost two hours for our transportation!! The drivers were so much under pressure! I will never use this company!!!

    When I filled out my info for when I needed to park, it changed the start date. We were leaving on a cruise on Sunday December 1st....it changed my preferences to midnight and I didn't notice it. It cost me over $100, I will not be using your services again. I parked at a competitors.

    The shuttle wait took almost an hour, we ended up having to pay for an Uber to get to the port on time. Same thing for the return, no answer for a shuttle and we got tired of waiting, paid for an Uber again. Wasted my money here, will not be using this lot again.

    The parking clerk did not tell us where to go after parking the car in the garage after I went down to 1st floor the parking attendant with poor English skills finally told us we had to go catch a different elevator back up to 7th floor to catch a van when we get there its long line that we had to wait over an hr to get on because it was so many ppl and luggage then after my cruise had to wait 2 hours to catch the van back because once again so many ppl and luggage to get back to the parking garage Bad experience when you have some ppl with physical issues and can't stand long periods of time

    We were given the previous address at park at. We were standing on the street there for more than an hour before someone gave us the new address. And that was only because on of the girls in my group speaks Spanish. While on the cruise I was contacted several times asking if I had already parked my car, and if I had paid even though I not only showed receipt when I parked but your team also asked me all of the same exact information. After stating that someone said that I might owe another day when I got back. Upon returning I waited for an hour and a half for the van to take me back to my car. I made several attempts to call, and was sent to voicemail each time. A return call was never made. When we were finally loaded up in the van the driver then asked us to sit on our friends laps so that everybody can fit. We had 14 people in our van, not including the driver. I have never seen such poor customer service in all of my life. I have a picture of the people in the van and a yelp review that I will be posting.

    Had to wait 90 minutes to get a shuttle to ship. On the return to lot took an uber because we couldn't fit on first bus and didn't want to wait another 1/2 hour for the next one. Next time I'll pay more for better service.

    The experience was the worst I have ever had. The people we're extremely rude and unprofessional. When we arrived from our cruise at 730 we went straight outside in the pouring rain to wait where they told us to wait again in the pouring rain. A bus did not show up until 915 without an apology the driver did not even get out to help with bags. Will never use this place again. Next time I will past a little more and actually get treated with respect.

    Checking in went smoothly, and the wait for the shuttle to the port was only 15 min. However, the wait at the port to get back to the garage was long. Though advertised as shuttles running continuously every 30-45 min, we waited an hour and didn't see a single one of their shuttles go by our terminal. After an hour wait of standing at the pickup location, we were finally picked up and only because we called them at the 30 min mark as instructed, and they said a van would be there in 15 min. Also our van was packed with people and one man had to sit on his suitcase between seats because there were none left. The price to leave our car there was decent, and it's a short shuttle ride, but next time we'll probably use a different parking service, as we saw multiple shuttles from other companies go by our terminal multiple times during our hour wait.

    The only thing positive I can tell is that the parking was safe and the drivers were very friendly, I think they are trying to do their best even though the company is a mess. At the beginning everything was fine, but at the end of the cruise you have to wait unless you jump your way out when you see the van. People were very rude. We wait for an hour and a half and other customer jump to the van before you even if they saw you waiting before then. Just three vans for a lot of guest. No organization at all. It was frustrating.

    There was no one there to assist. You basically just park your car unattended not knowing if it would be there the next day. The parking lot seems like it's being shared by another company because that company had attendants but knew nothing about "we park". I dont recomend paying online. Cause I paid for 3 days but only used 1
