InstaPark's global parking search allows users to "Search, Compare & Park". With one click search, compare prices, view ratings and reviews, and then based on that information they can Book parking from more than 500,000 independently owned and operated parking facilities we have partnered with.

Once your reservation booking is complete you will be emailed a link to view and print your confirmation receipt. On the day of your scheduled arrival, just show up at the parking facility with a copy of your confirmation receipt either printed or digitally. Depending on the parking facility you may need to present your receipt to an attendant or scan your QR code to enter the lot.

All cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled arrival date. We are unable to accept cancellations if you are within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time or if your reservation date has already past, so please be sure to cancel ahead of time in order to receive a full refund.

For proof of payment, some locations will request to view your reservation receipt upon entering and other locations may ask for it upon leaving. At anytime you can always request to receive a new email containing your Reservation Receipt by using Contact Us page to reach Customer Service Help Desk and we would be happy to help.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. All parking lots on InstaPark are independently owned and operated. Therefore, we are unable to transfer your reservation to another location. You will need to cancel your existing reservation and then submit a new reservation at the preferred location. There are two ways you can do this.

I originally reserved my parking and selected two (2) shuttle passengers, now we have more than 2 people traveling. Are there additional shuttle fees and if so to whom do I pay the additional shuttle fees to?

The parking Lot address is at the top of the receipt page. Alternatively, if you know the name of the lot, you can search by name, landmark or location on our site or app.
Each parking lot's hours of operation are specific to that lot and vary from lot to lot. Some lots are open 24 hours a day, while others may have limited 9-5 style business hours.

On your receipt it will have the parking lot's hours, as well as on the parking lot's page simply search InstaPark for your lot to view their hours of operation and other lot details.
Your Reservation Receipt will include specific instructions for the lot you parked at. Depending on the lot, you may need to contact the shuttle, or wait in a designated area. Its best to contact the lot to request a pickup, their number is on your receipt and on the lot page. Please be sure to read all available information about the parking lot before making your reservation. Available shuttle service varies from lot to lot. Some locations may not offer shuttle service and require you to make alternative arrangements. Although all shuttle info is on the lot page and on your receipt, it is still a good rule of thumb to ask the lot attendant when you drop off your car regarding their return procedures.
The shuttle phone number is at the top of the receipt page. It is also listed on the lot page. If you know the name of the lot, you can search for it on our site or app. Shuttle hours and frequency vary by location. Some shuttles run 24 hours a day at specific intervals, while others may have more limited hours of operation. Please check the information displayed on each lot's page for additional details.

It depends on the lot, some lots require that you valet and others allow you to self park. This information is listed on the Parking Lot's InstaPark page in the lot description.
It depends on the lot, some lots are covered while others are not. Some locations offer both covered and non-covered parking. This information is listed on the parking lot page in the lot description. Photos seen on the Lot's InstaPark page maybe outdated or possibly stock photos. Please read the Lot's description to learn more about the their specific parking options.
Not all lot's can accommodate oversized vehicles. To check if your preferred lot can accommodate oversized vehicles, make sure to check the Individual Lot Page. Below the "Date Picker" you will find all additional services, features, and add-ons the lot offers. If oversized vehicles are accommodated at this lot, you will find this option here with a check box, ie "Oversized Vehicles ( + $10.00 / day )"
No, InstaPark does not own or operate any of the parking lots. We simply facilitate the reservation process, which allows customers to compare rates, services, and reviews before choosing the best parking lot for their needs.

InstaPark publishes parking business listing information so that consumers can share their experiences about local parking businesses, and because the information is typically a matter of public record and public concern. Therefore we don’t remove such information from the site.

While we understand that some parking business owners might prefer to keep a low profile, it’s important (and a legal right) for consumers to be able to find and share helpful information about great local parking businesses, it's a right that's protected by First Amendment that guarantees the right to free speech.

If you need to update or change the information on your business page, please submit any changes by clicking the Edit business info link and submitting a detailed note with any supplementary information.

Payment And Charges

All payments are charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is booked on the InstaPark website or app. There is no need to pay cash or present a credit card at the lot.

Please Note:
  1. It is important to have your reservation number or receipt with you. While although we have an automated system, not all lots are on-line and it's important to have a backup proof-of-purchase for your reservation. A printed receipt is best, an electronic copy on a mobile device is also good. For proof of payment, some locations will request to view your reservation receipt upon entering and other locations may ask for it upon leaving. Therefore it is important to have your confirmation receipt readily available when you arrive and depart from the lot.

  2. Procedures for checking in and out of lots vary, so please see your Reservation Receipt for information related to the specific lot you booked.

  3. If an unexpected schedule change results in you being parked longer than indicated on your reservation, you will be charged the difference by the lot upon departure. Most of our parking partners accept cash and major credit cards.
All Taxes, fees, or other charges and optional charges like car wash will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your booking and vary from lot to lot. These charges will NOT change once you book and you will NOT be charged any extra fees by the lot operator when you arrive at the lot.

We may charge a Service Fee, which enables us to bring you the convenience of our awesome services which includes the absolute best price search comparison tool for parking based on comparison shopping, customer reviews, and ratings. All fees are fully refundable if you cancel your reservation prior to the scheduled arrival time.
The parking total displayed at checkout will be locked and will not increase once you book. The total is based on the dates and times you entered. There are two basic ways lot operators set up their daily rates, “Daily” and “24hr”.

Daily: Some parking lots calculate their rate by calendar day, which means that each individual calendar date is “a day.” The daily rate resets at midnight regardless of the time you check in.

24hr: Some lots calculate their rate in 24-hour increments from the time your car enters the lot. Some lots have a grace period (meaning you can check out an hour or 2 later with no extra fees) while others do not have a grace period.

Examples:
$5 day - Daily: Check in at 3PM on 1/1/2017 and check out at 3PM on 1/2/2017 you will be charged $10 for 2 days because the car was parked in the lot spanning 2 calendar days.

$5 day - 24Hr: Check in at 3PM on 1/1/2017 and check out at 3PM on 1/2/2017 you will be charged $5 for 1 day because the car parked in the lot for 24 hours from check-in (just one 24hr day period, from check-in)

$5 day - 24Hr with a 2hr grace period: Check in at 3PM on 1/1/2017 and check out at 5PM on 1/2/2017 you will be charged $5 for 1 day because the car parked in the lot for 24 hours from check-in (just one 24hr day period from check-in) and the lot has a 2hr grace period so even though you were parked for 26hrs you are still only charged for one 24hr period. But if you return after the 2hr grace period you will be charged for another day as per the lot rules and rates.

Please Note: Any applicable taxes and fees will be included in the total - you can view it in the itemized breakdown.

Being that “Daily” and “24hr” varies from parking lot to parking lot just as the rates do, it is important that you review the information on the lot page and the check-out page for the exact costs related to the specific lot you are booking at.
You can cancel your reservation for a full refund at any time up until your scheduled arrival time. Please Note we are unable to accept cancellations after your scheduled arrival time, so be sure to cancel ahead of time in order to receive a full refund.

For parking lots located in the United States, all quotes and charges are billed in US dollars.

For parking lots located in the Canada, all quotes and charges are billed in CAD.

For parking lots located in The United Kingdom, all quotes and charges are billed in GBP. (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)

For parking lots located in the 19 EU member states, all quotes and charges are billed in EUR. (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain).
Your parking reservation may be eligible for our price match guarantee if after making your InstaPark reservation, you find the same spot for the same dates online for a lower price, including all taxes and fees, contact Customer Service Help Desk. We will ask you to provide a link to the online quote that shows the lower rate at that lot. Once the rate is verified, we will add a credit to your InstaPark account for the difference, up to a maximum of $25, which can be applied to any future reservation. Note this applies to ongoing reservations only and cannot be applied to past reservations and excludes special offers like but not limited to IATA, Groupon, AAA, Amazon Local, Military, etc.) or any other non basic public rates.
