I arrived to the lot with no attendant present. Lot wasn't secured. A beggar came asking for money. On line it stated that a shuttle came every 15 minutes. I waited and waited. Shuttle never came. Almost missed my flight. Had to spend more money because I had to take an uber both ways; to & from the airport. I was truly disappointed. Paid almost $20 for for the reserved spot, but when I revisited the web site I found that I could have paid $10 less. Don't plan on using this again. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE.
