How to park at this facility

ENTRY PROCEDURES

• Upon arrival: Enter on the side of the building and pull around to the rear of the building.

• There You will be greeted by a parking assistant.

• Present your InstaPark Confirmation.

• The driver should unload the luggage before parking the car. While the driver is doing this, one of the passengers can go inside and check in.

• ALL PARTIES MUST CHECK IN. When you check in, you will be given a return voucher for your return trip once your cruise is over. The return voucher must be shown to get on the shuttle back to your car. (you may want to take a picture of it with your phone in case you lose it).

• Once you have checked in and your bags are in line and your car is parked, the shuttle driver will load your luggage.

• After your luggage is loaded you will then board the shuttle and be taken to your ship.

• The driver will tell you where to go upon your return to get picked up by the shuttle.

• Note: The first check-in time is 09:45 am. The 1st shuttle bus leaves at 10:30-11:00 for the port, depending on the ships being cleared or not. The shuttle buses run every 15-20 minutes until 3:00pm. The last bus leaves our parking lot at 3:00pm.

EXIT PROCEDURES

• UPON YOUR RETURN: THere will be shuttles at the ship waiting for you to get off at 7 am

• The Shuttles run every 15-20 minutes until the ship is cleared (all passengers are off).

• There is no need to call the office unless you are unsure of where to go or you are delayed getting off the ship (1-321-868-8715).

• There will be a person from the Radisson/Park Port Canaveral at the ship to assist you when you get off. This person is at all ships except Disney; Disney will have their own people to assist you.
