  All of the staff and security were great! I also loved the "skip the line" feature. It saved me tons of time getting on the shuttle bus and getting to the airport. No standing in lines or anything!   Jet Park is the best MIA parking lot around. If you are looking for an inexpensive parking lot where you get great service, you will NOT find it anywhere else. Trust me, I travel a lot and havent found another place like this one. The staff are friendly, and the shuttle buses are quick and efficient.

  When I went over to Jet Park, at first I was a little bit confused as to where I hsould b going... A nice staff member helped me come inside and find a spot. She even helped me to the shuttle bus. I felt that this young lady went above and beyond for me, which i do not see anymore in any businesses. They want you in and out and dont get to know you. This is somewhere that people would remember your name. Very nice to meet everyone. I will be returning for my next trip... or even just for a car wash... who knows!

  I travel a lot and have parked at many airport parking lots. This one is highly rated and it's for a good reason. The staff actually seem like they want to be there. They are friendly faces that are needed if you have to be to the airport at 6 am. There are also many great services attached to Jet Park that arent with many other lots. You can get your car washed and detailed while you're away! Pretty cool. Thank you for keeping my car safe while I was away for the week.

  I was at Jet Park just a few weeks ago. It has definitely gotten better than when I was last here. Very organized and just an overall great place to park your car! totally worth it... less than $10 a day is almost unheard of... + free shuttle service! Great staff and services.

  Jet Park Valet servies were great! When I first got there, it looked as if the parking lot was busy, but with valet, it was very easy to hop out and let the staff do the work of finding a spot. I recieved a car was and car detailing while I was away and it was better than i've had in a long time!! very good work. I got home late one evening and needed a coffee since I had a bit of a drive home... A staff member actually brought me a coffee to my car. talk about great service!

  Coming into Instapark last thursday, I was nervous and quite worried that I would not be able to find a parking space. It was busy when I first arrived. Lucky for me, there were many staff members around the parking lot helping everyone find a space. It didn't look like anyone was getting turned away. Great organization by the Jet Park team!! I didnt realize that there was a car wash here... so I asked about it, and got on their list within minutes. When I arrived home this thursday, my car was as clean as can be.   My family of 5 parked with Jet Park. Unfortunetly, you have to pay $5 for the extra person when using the shuttle bus, but everypne was still very kind and helpful! The parking space was such a great price. very much worth it. We will be returning!

  Jet park is my new, all time favorite airport parking lot! I never thought it was possible to feel so welcome in an airport parking lot... I had great valet service and also recieved a car wash.   Whenever I've driven by Jet park, i've been intrigued. It is always quite busy which made me believe that it was good! and it is very good. I went in for the first time for the works. Valet, detailing, car wash and shuttle service. I tried it all, and I'm very happy that I did. Every staff member was wonderful and very polite. The shuttle bus came within five minutes of me waiting which was great (good luck), and it only took a few minutes to get to the airport. What a great time I had with Instapark. I will most definitely be returning for more parking, and car washing/detailing services.

  When I first saw all of these comments, I thought "no way can a airport parking lot be this great...." and it really was. I recieved valet service for only a few dollars more!! The shuttle bus was there when I arrived so I literally hopped out of my car at the front and hopped in the bus. It only took a minutes... couldnt have been more than that. Great timing! I wish I would have had time for a complimentary coffee... next time!

  Knowing that you have to go to an airport parking lot can be stressful in itself.... When I arrived at Instapark, the parking lot was quite quiet for what i've heard! It was really easy hopping out of my car and into the shuttle bus. It hardly took any time at all! Thank you Jet park for such seamless service.

  The valet service at Instapark is fantastic! You hop out right at the front and your car is taken for you within seconds!! the shuttle bus stop is only a few steps from the valet gates, and off you go!!   Everything went very smoothly today while I was parking. I was running late but luckily the shuttle bus was there when I arrived. I hopped on with no problems at all and made my way to the airport. It only took a few minutes to the airport, and once we got there, we were helped with our luggage. Thank you Instapark & Jet park! :)

  Miami has a lot of airport parking lots, but this one is definitey the best. Their Skip The Line feature is extremely useful if you are running late... All you do is hop out of your car and into the shuttle bus. If you miss the shuttle it can sometimes take a little while (around 15 minutes) for it to return. So, make sure to catch it while you can!

  I came in here to get my car washed, and ended up staying to also get it detailed. I spoke with stafff, and had a complimentary coffee.   Unfortunately when I arrived, my shuttle bus to the airport was leaving, but the next one came in 20 minutes and left very soon after. I also had my car washed when I was gone... It was great!   I arrived to Jet Park Miami at 5:00am on tuesday and didnt realize that the shuttle bus didnt begin running until 6... I was extremely dissapointed. the staff called a taxi for me and helped with my bags - had to pay for the taxi... dissapointing experience.... i wont be coming back unless its within the shuttle bus hours.

  One of the young men working atJet Park went above and beyond for me. I arrived and had trouble with my reservation and he took me to the office and got it all straightened out within 15 minutes.   Instapark is your dream parking lot... There are so many great features that will make your experience that much better! Skip the lines is by far my favorite. You are able to park and hop onto a shuttle without really speaking to anyone. At some parking lots you have to wait in line and fill out paper work... Not here thankfully! you do all of the "hard work" before heading into the lot.

  No wonder this is one of the most top rated airport parking lots nearby Miami International Airport!... I parked here last week before a trip since my friends were telling me it was the better of the bunch, and they were totally right. If you go anywhere else, everyone seems miserable.. I mean, it's a parking lot, I don't expect much... But at Jet Park you've officially raised my standards!

  I was hesitant parking here just because I've driven by hundreds of times and there are always so many people in and out. It looks cramped! My family and I were going on a weekend trip that we booked the day before and had to find a parking lot quick! We chose instapark because it was inexpesive and also had very good reviews. Despite being a little busy, the parking lot staff were so organized and on point! We didn't even notice that the lot was almost full. I would trust my car with instapark anytime! We will definitely be coming back.

  When I went to Jet Park, there were a lot of people waiting to get inside, but it only took a few minutes to get in and find a space. There were lots of staff outside helping direct people to open spaces. This helped things move along a lot faster. I also ordered a car wash for when I was gone. When I arrived, there were about three cars ahead of me, but there were lots of people helping everyone find a parking space. This helped out a lot!   Make sure to book early, this place is busy. My first experience with Miami's Jet Park was great. All staff members were happy to be there, which made me feel comfortable leaving my car there for two weeks. I would recommend this parking lot to anyone. The free shuttle bus was fun. The driver was very entertaining and funny. Definitely the best airport parking lot i've been to in a very long time.

  I went on vacation with my family, and Miami's Jet Park was the easiest airport parking lot that i've ever parked with. All you really have to do is park, and hop on the shuttle bus.   this was a terrible parking experience. i had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle bus. there were too many people around. they should plan peoples arrivals and departures better so that parking lots can be less busy. it really messed up my plans of getting to the airport early.

I am always worried about my car when I leave it in a public lot, but those taking care of it were great and made me feel comfortable.

  I absolutely love MIA Jet Park! It's extremely inexpensive which means that it was also extremely busy. That was the only downside I experienced when parking. I will definitely be coming back.   Really busy parking lot, but the service was great. I would rate the MIA International parking a 4/5 becuase the parking lot was tight. Other than that, there was great service and everyone was very helpful. Free shuttle bus service was great too. The shuttle only takes a few minutes to get to the airport, which makes your trip that much less stressful.

  I've been using the airport parking lot at MIA International airport for years, and it has never been great. I looked up different off-site parking lots and found that Jet Park had the best reviews as well as the best prices. I never thought that a parking lot that only cost $8.95 a day would be as great as this. I will definitely be coming back. This is the best airport parking lot near MIA International Airport.

  I parked at the Jet Park parking lot (miami location) just a few weeks ago and let me tell you, the service was outstanding! Everyone was very friendly and helped us when we needed it. The free shuttle bus services made our trip easier. Five stars out of five! :-)

  Best airport parking lot ever! The skip the line option is the best I've ever experienced. All I had to do is park my car and wait for the shuttle bus. Easy! There is also luggage assistance to help get your bags on and off of the bus. The parking lot is also very close to the airport which makes traveling to and from the airport stress-free. Great experience.

  My family and I arrived to the MIA parking lot early in the morning, and to our surprise, everyone was wide awake and ready to help. We had a few questions about the lot and the specific services that were provided. None of our questions were too much for the attendant to handle. The price was low, and the shuttle service was very quick to arrive. We will definitely be coming back!

  FINALLY A GREAT AIRPORT PARKING LOT. I've been travelling for years. How have I only come across Jet Park now? It was so inexpensive parking here, and it was totally worth it. I would pay more for the service I recieved! (not that I want to pay more) but I'm just saying that things were great. Truly appreciated!

  My friends told me to book with Jet Park since all of them swear by you guys. Apparently a lot of others do too since the parking lot was extremely busy. I found a parking space after about 5 minutes. Then I hopped on the shuttle and headed to the airport. The Skip The Lines feature made my parking experience a lot simpler than usual. Thank you Jet Park Miami. Best airport parking lot EVER.

  When my family and I first arrived it was quite busy which made it quite hard to find a parking spot. After we found one, it took two buses for us to finally get on in order to head to the airport. The airport was very close which made us worry less. It was a slow process. Make sure to leave your home early if you are parking with instapark miami

  Only $8.95 per day? I honestly didn't believe it at first. Miami's Jet Park is the best airport parking lot when it comes to getting in and out in a timely manner. No lines, no waiting! I did have trouble finding a parking spot at first, but after a few minutes one came available. Really busy spot, but it's worth it.

  The lot seemed very busy yet we were directed quite quickly to an appropriate spot. The departure was effortless as our luggage was handled by the staff with ease and care. We left the lot feeling worry-free and the shuttle to our gate was swift. Great experience! :-)
