  Air Park is our favorite long term lot at LaGuardia due to the excellent employees and prompt service in everything they do. We've never had to wait long for the shuttle either to or from the terminal and our car is always waiting for us when we return.

  Prompt service both on arrival and departure from the airport. Booking online was easy and helpful in making the process run smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, especially the shuttle driver who lugged our heavy bags on and off the shuttle vehicle without a problem.   I am a repeat customer of Air Park LGA for various reasons, most of which have to do with their effiecient and fast service. At most other lots you have to wait forever for the shuttles or for them to get your car on return and I've never had a long wait for anything at Air Park LGA. Everyone who works there is very professional and takes their work seriously, which makes for a smooth and efficient experience. Highly recommend parking here!

  My wife and I were highly impressed with the parking experience at Air Park LGA. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and the employees were friendly. There was hardly any wait for the shuttle to pick us up and it was a very short ride to our terminal. On return, we waited less than a few minutes for the valet to bring our car around and again everyone was very friendly. We will be parking here again for sure

  Best long term off site parking for LaGuardia bar none. Making a reservation online is hassle free and makes the experience once you get there run even more smoothly. I've parked here with a reservation and without and it's much easier to deal with everything if you've made the reservation before you get there, but both are relatively easy and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Having a reservation just speeds things up

  Air Park LGA is a great facility where everyone is helpful and professional and you don't have to arrive hours early just to make your flight. Everything runs very smoothly and there's never too much of a wait for the shuttle or valet service.   Close to LaGuardia and seems very well organized. Always a good experience and I never have any stress about parking here. Make sure you make a reservation online to make it even easier when you arrive. Online prices are also better than the drive in prices, even though both are very fair.

  The shuttle was waiting for us both going to the airport and coming back from the airport. The drivers were friendly and very helpful with our heavy luggage. Our car was also waiting for us when we arrived back at the lot, which impressed us very much. Great service that runs like a well oiled machine! We will certainly be parking at Air Park LGA again!

  I'm always nervous about leaving my car for an extended period of time, but I had nothing to worry about with Air Park LGA. The valets were great and my car was safe and returned to me in perfect condition, no scratches or dents and everything was exactly how I left it inside the car.   Great customer service and positive attitudes all around. Easy to find right next to the airport and you really can't beat the location. Car was returned to me in great condition after parking it at the lot for a week. I felt like the security measures in place at the lot were great and I felt very safe leaving my car there.   This was the first time I parked at Air Park LGA, but it won't be the last! Making the reservation online was very easy and convenient and everything at the lot ran smoothly and was hassle free. After arriving at the lot, the valet took my car right away and the great office staff checked me in and the shuttle was ready for me right away. No hidden charges at the end of the trip either!

  I've used multiple different lots parking at LaGuardia and Air Park LGA is by far the best. By making a reservation online you get a great price and the valet service is top notch. I've never had to wait long for the shuttle using Air Park LGA, whereas at some other places the wait is 30-40 minutes. The customer service here is the best around as well! Really friendly and helpful employees :)

  Air Park LGA is perfectly situated right next to LaGuardia airport so getting from the lot to the terminals is easy and fast. The shuttle is comfortable and well maintained. The lot is well lit and feels safe to leave your car there and I felt safe even arriving in the middle of the night.

  With Air Park LGA you will have no need to worry about getting to the airport on time because everything runs so smoothly. The shuttle is running every few minutes and the lot's location is so close to the terminals that the shuttle ride itself is very fast.

  Makes using LaGuardia airport almost a pleasure because at this lot you can breeze in and breeze out smoothly with no problems. When I got there the airport traffic was really bad but I drove right in to the lot and only waited a few minutes to have my car taken and to check in. Even with the small wait I was at the terminal very quickly.

I never have to wait long to be asissted and the shuttles are constantly running so I never have to wait long to be dropped off or picked up.   Parking here is hassle and headache free. It's super close to the airport. I drove up and checked in and was on the shuttle within 15 minutes. I felt completely safe leaving my car here due to the video surveilance and full time security guard.

  When I dropped my car off I was greeted quickly by the attendant. I had never used a valet service for long term parking, but the attendant helped me and was very patient with me. They helped me with my bags out of the car and onto the shuttle waiting nearby. I arrived back at LaGuardia late at night and recived the same high level of customer service, even at the late hour. I was helped with my luggage again and checked out quickly. My car was waiting for me by the time I had checked out and I was on my way in no time. I highly recommend parking here!

  We arrived very early in the morning and even at the early hour, everyone was very courteous and professional. There were no other customers at that time so we hopped right on the shuttle without waiting and they dropped us right where we needed to go. Arriving back at the lot was just as fast.   Probably the best long term parking lot at LaGuardia airport. Super close to the airport and very fast shuttle pick up and drop off service. Drivers are courteous and safe. I had an issue finding my reservation print out when I arrived but they already had it in the system so everything went very smoothly. Check out was easy as well, and the price can't be beat!

  The attendants were friendly and answered all our questions in a very professional manner. We loved that our car was pulled up and ready for us when we got back to the parking area when returning from our vacation. We used to take a car service to and from the airport, but this is much cheaper and more convenient so we will be driving to the airport and parking here again next time we fly.

  Making sure my car was safe while I was away was my primary concern and so I'm glad I chose Air Park LGA. They have video monitors and a ton of lights everywhere in the lot so I knew my car would be protected against anyone trying to mess with it. When my car was returned to me it was in pristine condition, just how I left it. Great staff and very secure! Would park here again without hesitation!
