  Very easy to park and pick up. Uber to airport is $16 each way, not RT, so add that to your estimate. For a week or two this is a fantastic deal.

  they didn't;t honor my reservations and I had to pay $30 to park for several hours. I am supposed to receive a refund from you for that. parking according to the Ace parking group at the Hyatt regency Newport Beach

  Did not know there was no shuttle to take me to the airport. I did not use your service because I did not have a way to get a taxi in time to make my flight. I had to drive to the airport myself and park at the airport. I think you should make it more apparent in your service is for parking only and no shuttle transport to the airport is provided.

  I cancelled the reservation using the chat feature as directed since the office was closed. Written explicity on the site, was that I could cancel the reservation within 1 day of the reservation. I purchased and cancelled within 10 minutes on the same day (April 7, 2022) when it was disclosed on the reservation confirmation that the selected parking lot (Hyatt Regency Newport Beach) had no shuttle service to SNA (John Wayne Airport.). I've gotten no reply to the submitted chat.

  I didn't like the modification process in order to make a revision on a reservation and receive a refund for the adjustment. I had to contact the Hotel as a customer and follow-up about my refund when Instacart or parking access stated they were waiting for someone to get into contact with them. This should not be the protocol.

  I like the accessibility of booking online. However to make a modification should be easier to prevent the hassle and waiting time to receive a refund, which I'm still waiting to be resolved.

  Great value parking, easy process, close to Balboa Island. We had multiple vehicles to park during our vacation, and this worked out so well. Just need to arrange your own transportation to airport. Thanks!

  The email with instructions needs to be fully updated, it was. A little confusing when pulling up to self parking because there wasn't a place to scan my bar code- it was just a ticket dispenser. The valley staff were super helpful and gave me additional tickets and told me which ones to place on my dashboard and which ones to submit upon exiting and in what order. Will be coming back!

  Excellent price. Excellent location for us. My only criticism is the staff at the Hyatt didn’t seem to be aware of the program. It took a manager to ok it. My suggestion is for instapark to educate the Hyatt.

  I'm very impressed with the service and taste of the Hyatt airport parking lot. There is a separate lot for the flyers, which makes it easy to find your car. You aren't looking through a whole parking lot of those staying with the hotel and those who aren't. My family and I will definitely be parking here once again at some point.

  Only $7.50 a day people… I don't even know why people park elsewhere! I think it's that people think that the more expensive something is the better the service will be … NOT TRUE. Everytime I've parked here at the hyatt, the service has been better than anywhere else I've parked in Newport...

  WOW I honestly cannot imagine parking at any other SNA parking lot… they are very expensive and aren't even as nice. This lot is always very clean and seems very safe as well. I am never going to another airport parking lot (for as long as I live in New Port!!)

  To be honest, I almost gave up on airport parking lots, until I found this one! This is seriously the best SNA parking lot in all of Newport. I fly a lot for work and always airport park, but there has never been a parking lot quite like this one. The staff are great, and know me by name! It's nice to be remembered

  I think I can honestly say that the Hyatt has the perfect parking lot. Everyone is SO nice and kind, it is safe, clean and very inexpensive. They don't treat you like a number here, but like an actual human being (can you imagine?!?!)… I'm very happy to have found this SNA long term lot!

  okay so I parked here about a week ago and it was great. There were so many cool customer service people around and they helped me carry my bags, not only to the shuttle but from it after I arrived back. Its funny because they also remembered me from when I came. it's nice.

  The night before our flight, my wife and I actually stayed at the Hyatt so that we could hop on the shuttle early in the morning without having to wake up super early and drive from our place. First of all, the hotel itself is quite nice and accommodating. When we went down to catch the shuttle, it was there waiting for us which made us very happy, and when we came home from our trip it was also waiting at the airport for us. We lucked out with this one!!! will definitely be returning

  Donna here, there are so many great things to say about the Hyatt airport parking lot, but I'm going to start off by telling you my experience. About a month ago I parked here and there was a young girl working. She was so kind to me and was also very helpful. I had just had a rough day, but she brightened it right up. It was so nice to just be around someone so bright even if it was just for a little while.

  New Port doesn’t have many airport parking lots to choose from so luckily instapark has this Hyatt location! It's very convenient and easy to get to from pretty much anywhere. It is also close to the airport which is obviously a huge bonus.

  I had to wait for my shuttle bus to arrive and one of the attendants actually kept me company while he was on the job, and though I support good work ethics, I liked the company he gave. We had a very good conversation. He brightened a lonely old man's day.

  I valet parked at the Hyatt's park n fly the other day and it was wonderful. At first, you aren't supposed to pull into the valet driveway (since there is one for the hotel and one for the lot) .. I know confusing right/??? I totally pulled into the wrong one, but we fixed up the issue momentarily. It didn't take long at all.

  My car has been broken into more times than you can imagine… I'm not sure why, I think there may be an invisible target on the back or something… but anyways, I had trouble parking in public lots for a while because it seemed like every single time I did, there was an issue. I was going on a trip and had to airport park, so I chose the Hyatt... I actually felt safe leaving my car here!!!

  I love that the shuttle bus is free. It makes things a lot easier and also a lot cheaper for your trip in general…. It also helps a lot that the airport is so close!!! There is probably never too much traffic, and If there is , it probably wouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes.

  The Hyatt Regency's airport parking lot does exactly what it's supposed to do. It gets you in and out in good time and doesn’t have any hidden lines that you have to wait in (THANK GOD!!!) This is a place where I can see myself parking many more times in the future.

  When you park n fly with the Hyatt, you have to make sure to get valet parking At least once in your life!!! It was a very magical experience not having to look for a parking space. Though it was a little bit more expensive, it was totally worth it

  Whoever came up with the idea to have an airport parking lot in a hotel was a genius… it definitely seems like a very safe place to park your cars. I have a really big pick up truck and while it usually doesn’t fit in most lots, it fit in this one to my surprise !!! you guys will be getting a lot more business from me in the future

  if you are looking for a cheap parking alternative, you should check out this place. Its only like $7-$8 per day (somewhere around there)… the parking lot also seems quite safe which is actually a big plus for me since I'm a complete clean freak. This place is worth it for sure

I find that whenever I park with any of the instapark parking lots, it is always a very good experience… if you are from new port or not, it would be a good idea to park with an instapark location... they are all over the states!

They will MAKE your experience a great one… trust me, I seem to be here a lot and I have yet to have a terrible experience haha. All you have to do is be early or on time for your shuttle bus and everything will be fine!!

  The shuttle bus leaves once an hour which I think is absolutely absurd! What do you do if you miss it by a minute? Do you have to wait a whole another 59 minutes? I don’t know, because I actually caught it on time, but it was pretty close to leaving when I arrived.... It honestly just made my drive to the Hyatt a little more stressful. I think I'll go to a parking lot where there are more shuttle trips next time.

A lot of the time you'll go to a park n fly and everyone is just miserable… Here, it is a totally different atmosphere. Everyone is vibrant and willing to help. Such a fresh breath of air.   I booked my parking space a few days in advance and it seemed to be enough time!! It was right before thanksgiving too (I wasn't really expecting to be able to find a parking spot anywhere)… This lot is pretty big so it can take quite a few cars! If you are looking for a last minute parking lot this is definitely the place to book.

  everyone at the hyatt are very eager to help you with whatever you may need. For me, it was carrying my bags and bringing them over to the shuttle, where someone else actually lifted them onto the shuttle for me.. I felt so spoiled!

  I had a wonderful parking experience with Hyatt. There was only one thing that wasn’t great. The shuttle bus to the airport leaves every hour… That's a little bit too long. I arrived 45 minutes before it left and decided to take a taxi instead. I would have liked taking the free shuttle, but it was going to take too long. I would definitely go back to the hyatt to airport park but I would look up the shuttle schedule so that I don't arrive too early.

  The shuttle bus only runs every hour from 6 am to 10 pm - WHAT…. That’s a little bit unsettling… its something that can make you late for your flight… unless you're smart like me and check the schedule!!! Make sure to do it or you may be sorry!

  There are so many benefits of parking with Hyatt. I am usually quite worried about my vehicle when I go away on a trip, but have never thought twice about leaving my car in the Hyatt parking lot. There are always so many attendants and security guards around. I very much admire the way that run things here as well. Everything goes very smoothly.

There would have been a good possibility that I would have missed my flight haha. I'm not really sure how she saw me, but she had a very good eye. Not sure of her name. BUT THANK YOU!!

  If you are going to long term park at the hyatt, make sure to get their when the shuttle is either about to arrive… Trust me, you don’t want to be rushing worried that you aren't going to catch it, because if you do it'll take a whole other hour in order for it to come back. I'm not really sure why it takes so long, but whatever. JUST ARRIVE ON TIME and everything will be fine

  Thank you for the amazing trip from the parking lot to the airport. The airport shuttle driver was so funny and lighthearted. Everyone was laughing and having a good time. Plus, the seats were almost too comfortable. My husband began falling asleep! (but he can also fall asleep anywhere so, there's that...) but yeah, I would definitely park here again.

  This parking lot is so fancy, and it's only $7.50 (or something like that) per day!!? Crazyyyyy - I felt like I hardly paid anything for my spot. And the service is so good that you think that your bill is going to be higher… If you are looking for the best long term parking lot in Newport Beach, you've found it!!!

  AH SO CHEAP!!! .. I wouldn't really say cheap though.. Inexpensive… Especially for what you're getting. The kind of service, the environment… everything. I also always get a spot here. It makes things a lot easier. I will be returning to the Hyatt for some great SNA airport parking.

  All I have to say is - VALET PARKING AT THE HYATT - JUST SO GOOD, and so worth it!! Seriously… I'm so so so so glad that I chose to park here… Everyone was very nice to me and made me feel as if I was staying with the hotel… You know, the word mam was tossed around a few times. haha, felt special!

  Other than having to wait a bit for the shuttle bus, my family and my SNA parking experience at the Hyatt was fantastic!!! There are a lot of people there if you need help or to have your questions answered… Also, I seemed to be the only person who didn't know when the shuttle came - the staff were very helpful when it came to that.

  I have actually never parked here…. But I almost did!!! Haha, I had a reservation and then I had to cancel my flight due to an emergency… it was very easy (AND FREE) to cancel my reservation… SO useful… I've been to other airport parking lots that have cancellation fees and stuff. If you aren't 100% sure about your trip, reserve a space with the Hyatt to make things a little less stressful on yourself.

  I can sometimes be skeptical of where I'm parking, but I've finally found a place that I like. I think I'm going to continue coming back. Also, when you go, make sure to read the instructions carefully. There were some things I was confused about… but once you do things once, you will always know. It is a unique parking experience for sure.

  The John Wayne airport has never seen such a good deal when it comes to park n flying! Seriously, In newport beach, no one has seen a deal quite like this. If you are in search of a good deal and great service, this is a wonderful place to park.

  Not only do I enjoy staying with Hyatt Regency, but I also don't mind parking here as well (when flying from SNA). I have always found there to be really good staff who keep things clean and running smoothly. Whenever I park or stay, I choose the Hyatt.

  I really liked parking with the Hyatt! The parking spaces were big so I wasn’t worried about someone beside me opening up their door onto mine, and the staff were very caring and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to park with the Hyatt.
