There is something for everyone here, whether they're outdoor Thrillist?s or indoor enthusiasts, adrenaline junkies or artists and historians, etc. So, whether you're here on a layover and wondering where to go, or you're here for full blown vacation but don't know where to go, here are a few ideas. If you are an enthusiast of the arts, Newark is home to establishments like the New Jersey Performing Center, located on Centre Street, an auditorium-like space that has housed and continues to house a series of major concert performances.
