Overview | Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport
Covering an area of 2,184, Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport has two runways to accommodate all the commercial and cargo flights that come in and out of the terminal. The airport is broken up into upper and lower levels, with different amenities on each level for your convenience. On the lower, you'll find baggage claim, the departure and arrival lobbies as well as all the car rental company counters so you can get your ground transportation figured out before leaving the terminal. Once you get through the security check on the upper level you'll see a large cluster of retail stores and food and drink concessions, including Say Si Bon, On The Fly Salon and even a Best Buy Vending Machine. You will also have access to using a complimentary yoga as well as a business room and Conference room. It's in this main part of the upper level that you have to decide which concourse to go towards, A or B. This will be determined by the carrier you booked your flight with and the gate number will be printed on your boarding pass. All throughout the airport, travellers have access to complimentary Wi-Fi and can use any one of the outlets and charging stations to keep your devices powered. There are also plenty of payphones, ATM machines, accessible restrooms, and currency exchange booths in case you're starting a connecting flight to a destination anywhere in the world.
XNA Concourse & Gate Info
- While the whole airport is split into two levels, this upper level is split into two concourses as well, A or B, and navigating towards one or the other from the main part of the upper level depends on what your boarding pass says. In concourse A, we find gates clearly labeled from A1 to A10 for carriers like Delta, United Express and American Airlines. In concourse B you have half the amount of gates that were labelled B1 - B5. Here, Allegiant Air and Delta Airlines service these particular departure gates.
