  I had a flat tire when I arrived back at the lot due to driving over a nail at some point and not noticing and the attendants were amazing and helped me change my tire. Amazing customer service!

  No problems parking here for a week during my vacation. Convenient to the airport terminal and the shuttle was fast and convenient as well. The reservation system online was easy to figure out and the price per day was very affordable, about 9.25 if I remember correctly. I would recommend parking here if you are flying out of T F Green airport.

  I appreciate how convenient this lot is for parking at the airport. Some long term lots are miles away from the airport and takes forever to get to the terminal and Thrifty Rental Car Parking is less than half a mile and takes no more than 5 minutes to get there on the shuttle. For how close it is I was surprised by how affordable the daily rate was! About 9.25 per day, but you can usually get a discount if you make a reservation online. Highly recommend!

  Parked here late at night and it was well lit and felt safe for a woman by herself to be walking around. The shuttle was nice so I didn’t have to lug my bags all the way to the terminal. Convenient location off the interstate and easy to find. Best price for long term lots for the airport!

  Affordable long term parking very close to the airport. Free shuttle is included and takes a very short time to get to the terminal. We returned late at night and the shuttle was there within 30 seconds of us arriving at the pick up point and took us straight to our car. Well lit at night and felt secure when we were loading up our car to leave.

  The employees here are the best around. I had a problem starting my car when I returned from my trip and one of them took a look at it for me. He noticed the battery was low so he brought his own car around and helped me jump start it no problem. I couldn't believe how kind and helpful he was! Some other places would just tell you to get it towed and take a taxi but he actually helped me solve the problem quickly and with a smile!

  I never have any problems parking at Thrifty Rental Car Parking. I come here about once a month to fly out of T F Green for work and always use this long term lot. They have a great business program that gives me a discount, and their regular prices can't be beat. My car is always in the same condition I left it in and I never worry about the security. Shuttle is great too

  Had some trouble finding a spot when I got there. Probably because it was a holiday weekend, so you should make a reservation beforehand if you know you'll be in a rush when you get there. Had to wait for other customers to be dropped off at their cars by the shuttle when I came back.

  I'm handicapped and at some parking lots there aren't enough handicapped parking spots available, but this wasn't a problem here. There were plenty of handicapped parking spots available close to the front and the shuttle was accessible and easy to get on, which again is not always the case. They helped me with my baggage, which wasn't necessary, but very much appreciated. Overall great accessibility and service

  I left some things in my car over the weekend when I parked at Thrifty Rental Car Parking and I was nervous that it might not be there when I returned, but my worries were for nothing because the employees kept a great eye on my car and my things. There are a ton of lights and people always walking around checking on the vehicles during the day and night. I will definitely be parking here again

  Amazing customer service! My tire went flat while I was gone and one of the attendants helped me change it. I don't know what I would have done otherwise because I definitely don't know how to change a tire myself. I really couldn't believe how friendly they were and it seemed like it was not a big deal to help me in this way, but to me it was a huge help. Not many places would go above and beyond like that, especially in the cold weather, so I had to come here and write a review so other people would know how great their customer service is. I will park here every time I come to the airport!

  I have a huge SUV so I was worried the spots would be a tight squeeze but they were big enough that I had room on both sides and had no trouble getting my bags out of y back seat. Easy to find and enough room in the parking spaces and around the lot to easily manuveure my big SUV, which is not always the case at other parking lots

  I'm used to having to wait a long time for parking shuttles, but this was a breeze! They picked me up right from my car and dropped me back at my car when I returned. Friendly and safe driver who helped with my heavy bags. Small line to pay when I was leaving, but it went pretty quickly.

  Very close location to the airport. Easy to find from I295 or I95. Fast, friendly service when I arrived and I spent no time waiting for the shuttle. On returning after my trip, spent a few minutes waiting for other passengers on the shuttle, but got to my car pretty quickly and the driver helped with my luggage. Overall good experience and I will be parking here again

  Top notch customer service! I needed to call my husband when I returned from my business trip but my cell phone battery was dead and one of the attendants let me borrow her charger to get my phone back up and running.   My battery died while I was away and the employees were so helpful getting it started again. They brought one of their own cars over to my car and hooked everything up for me to jump start my battery for me. It was freezing cold at the time and they really went above and beyond to help me out of a tough spot. Besides the amazing customer service, the lot is located close to the airport and is very affordable. I will definitely be returning to this lot when I fly.

  Went right from this parking lot to the mall after coming back from my trip and it was convenient to get to and didn't have any of the hassle I normally deal with when it comes to airport parking. I could pay online and skip the line when it was time to leave. If you use the instapark website you can do everything online and just drive right in and out. Definitely recommend.

  Excellent customer service! It had snowed a few inches while I was away and there was snow all over my windshields and windows and after my trip I was completely exhausted and was not looking forward to having to clean off my car. I'm an older lady and have trouble with physical tasks sometimes and one of the attendants offered to help me right away with my car. Not sure very many other places would go to that level of service and it was very much appreciated.

  I had to park my big truck and trailer for a few days at the airport and no other lot had spaces big enough for my vehicle, but at Thrifty Car Rental it was not a problem because they had spaces big enough and didn't charge me any extra. Great cutomer service when I called and asked about the size of the spaces and they were very accomodating.

  Came right from Warwick mall to Thrifty Car Rental Parking and it was a seamless process. Drove right in and found a spot immediately. Took the shuttle from the lot to the airport terminal so didn't have to walk there, although it was very close. When we came back the shuttle was already at the pick up point and took us right to our car. Checking out was easy and there was no line to pay. Very affordable to park here for a long weekend. I would park here again next time I'm flying.

  Had to catch a flight last minute to get to a funeral and this was the easiest part of the whole process. I didn't make a reservation online but they still had pleanty of spots available. The shuttle was fast and the lot is located very close to the airport terminal so the ride was very short. Wish I didn't have to be travelling, but glad I found this great service.

  I didn't have any problems parking at Thrifty Rental car parking when I went on vacation flying out of T F Green airport. I've used other parking lots near the airport before and it was much less convenient than they system they have here. You just make a reservation online and drive right in to your reserved spot and then you can pay online so you can drive right out without waiting in line to pay. Great system!

  Best parking for T. F. Green Airport! Very affordable, and you can even get a discount ifyou make a reservation online. Super close to the terminal and the shuttle isn't like some other lots where you have to wait for a certain time or number of people for them to take you, they'll take you right away which saves time and headache if you're in a rush and the whole ride takes about 5 minutes, which is great if you're in a rush as well. They take you right from your car to the terminal so you don't have to lug your bags around all over the place

  Convenient experience from start to finish with Thrifty Rental Car parking.   I parked my car at Thrifty Car Rental PVD for a few days while my family went on vacation and I would definitely use this lot again. Lugging around a ton of bags has the potential to ruin your travelling experience but this lot was so convenient that I didn't have to worry about it. Very quick shuttle and the driver even helped us with the luggage. Only a short ride to the airport and then he helped us again with the bags once we got there. Definitely took some stress out of flying.

  It took less than 5 minutes to get from the airport to this lot using the shuttle, which was great, especially because my flight arrived late and I was in a rush. I only waited a minute or so at the airport for the shuttle and then they brought me straight to my car and even helped me with my very heavy bags. Very convenient and fast service.   I travel for work at least once a week and I park at Thrifty car rental every time. I never have to wait very long for the shutte either to the airport or from the airport and they bring me right to my car as well as help me with my bags if they're heavy. I've gotten to know a few employees and they're very friendly and helpful every time I speak with them. There's a great program for business travellers so I get a great deal every time I park here.   I felt like my car was very secure while parked at the Thrifty parking lot. There were many lights and employees around the lot keeping an eye on things, even at night when I got there. My car was exactly how I left it when I returned and I wouldn't hesitate to park here again
