Had reservations for a parking spot went to the counter at location the person at the counter states that it’s the wrong location so I had to pay another $18/day to park there. Bunch of scammers

The location was almost impossible to find--but fortunately the cell phone I reached guided me to the Catfish Cafe where the van pulled up almost immediately to take me to JFK. The van was in rough shape with almost no shocks or usable seat belts--but the young lady driving it was awesome and deserves kudos for taking care of family business.

When we reached there , they were rude. We were supposed to tip the shuttle, although nothing is mentioned on their site. Also he just open the door and did not help with the baggage. Upon return, the car was parked on the street not in the parking lot. Although their price was very competitive and the guy who pick us back was nice and helpful.

It is not the type of parking I expected. It was in some random deli lot that was hard to find and was sketchy. When we were trying to get picked up, the card had a few phone numbers that no one picked up, one was disconnected, and we finally reached someone on the third number. Would not park there again.

There was no parking lot when we arrived. We even asked and a nearby person said she was also looking for the parking lot - and that someone told her people just take your cars and move them. We have been trying to contact someone ever since and no one has answered the phone. We ended up having to park at the airport in daily parking which was very expensive. It is now in the hands of our Credit card company because we were charged for two parking spaces which were never used, nor found. Horrible experience!

The address you sent in the confirmation was never found by the GPS, I called the contact number you sent me and somebody answered the phone gave me another address which was 253 51 Rockaway Blvd , I went there and the parking lot was totally empty and the office closed, then to trying to not lose my flight , I went to JFK parking and even doing that , I lost my flight. That was a really tough situation for me and my family. I feel extremely disappointed with your service.
