Violation:8717936524, VIO Date: 06/26/19 Location: 145-31 228th St. Q, Time: 3:49 PM; Amount Due $75.00, DUE BY: 08/26/19. I want you and your Company to be responsible for the Outstanding Violation. I am disputing this violation because this was under your care while I was gone.

  First star off for the location.... First time users, beware — it is in a run down neighborhood In Queens. I appreciate the entrepreneurial initiative of the people who organized this business: the parking was available, affordable, and we felt safe. We had a nice quick drive to the airport using the free shuttle provided. The driver was very good. Second star off for the arrival night: we called all the telephone numbers listed on the card we were given and no one would answer any of the phones, the free shuttle was not available, so we took $12 Lyft ride to the place and honestly, getting there, we were worried about our car. But it was there, parked on the street (?!) but there were no surprises. The same person who parked our car returned the car to us after about 20-25 minutes of fiddling in the office, walking the streets trying to find our car. At the end, all worked out for us. Please guys, you offer a much needed affordable service to people (the parking at JFK was sold out and was over 200$ for 6 days), just sort out a few hick ups, get more help, and I truly hope you business will grow and improve. I would use your services again, and I appreciate you for working late and keeping my car safe.

  Hi, we paid 74$ Plus 20 $ =94$ for the valet pick up at the airport and when we landed the hotline told us there was no such thing. So we shuttled back to the lot. Your company owes us 20$ please. And there was black scuff marks on the back bumper of the vechicle

  We will also write a review on Google a bad review the drivers are good and it stops there.I will advise anyone to beware of your parking lot. We paid an extra $20 on line for valet service to bring Our car to the airport, this never happened. We were told you don’t offer this service and we never got our $20 back . Another couple who is also in our van being brought back to your lot was also being scammed.

  We got there and waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle. On our way back we waited 45 minutes and it was about 15 minutes away from the airport. Besides the wait the service was great.

  great price but car was not waiting at lot when got back. had to wait for attendant to walk quite a distance to another lot to get the car. Also, when we checked in there was nobody there. had to wait for attendant to show up. would use again because they were nice and right price. just don't be in a hurry

  Great experience! First time there. My wife and I were very pleased with both attendants who were also the driver's who took and picked us up to the airport. Both of then very helpful and extremely polite. They took our luggage and loaded in a new Very clean van. Parking lot is close to the airport. We were very very pleased.

  The address online was wrong, no one picked up the phone for pick up and had to stay in a hotel until the morning, and my car had tons of new scratches.

  We had a difficult time finding it because there is no sign and no one at the gate once you've arrived. Not organized at all! We were picked up from the airport in a timely manner, but when we arrived at instapark the attendant had decided to end his shift and there was no one to get our vehicle which was parked on a side street. Our driver was very apologetic and assisted us.
