    Coming back from the cruise, we waited more than an hour for the shuttle bus. I called other passengers called no answer, none of us weren’t able to speak to a customer service, this service was the worst I ever experienced. When the shuttle finally arrives there were so many people pushing each other to get on. Me and my husband decided to take a Taxi. I will definitely do not use your website again.

    When we arrived there was no attendant and no shuttle. No answer when calling shuttle number. We ended up having to pay another parking service. The shuttle driver for the service we did use told us the one we booked with you no longer has a shuttle!!!!! I contacted Instapark and asked for a refund. I was told you would need to contact the vendor about the refund. I am still waiting for a response. If this is not resolved I will never park with Instapark again. I have already cancelled an upcoming reservation while I wait for a resolution.

    False advertisement, they say that they provide a shuttle, but that's a lie. The shuttle wasn't there to take us to port and the shuttle never came to pick us up from port, as was promised to us. The attendant are never available to help you.

    Finding the location we were to park at was difficult. Sign was small. Leaving had trouble with barcode that I had kept saying Invalid please try again. One of the shuttle employees let us out. Was not a very easy thing to use as I had thought. Not sure we would use again

    Parking garage was great, the transit was great. The address given to me was wrong, called and sat on hold for 20 minutes just to be transferred to a voicemail. Very frustrating and took an extra 40 minutes driving around to find the actual address which was NOT the same as my paper, and NOT the same as the person I FINALLY got ahold of gave me. Once we were in, it was great.

    First the address given is the wrong address. It was 888 not 900. It took almost an hour to find the bldg. Second when I went to sit in the van in the back I sat on the seat belt buckle which was missing its covering and saw stars. I was not comfortable for the next few hours. The driver was nice about and promised to report it.

    Really liked parking in parking garage. Van for shuttle was cramped but effective. Directions on line could be a little better. I was looking for better signage. If directions would have stated the side of street the garage was on, that would help.

    We was late for our cruise because we never find the place , call the number and take to long for answering, they don't know nothing about our transfer to the port, i tell the lady we want to cancelled the service and get our money back , because we never use the parking, and have to find another place to park, was a disaster and I do not recommend it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. .

    It was very difficult to find the parking garage. We had to drive around the block for a half hour and go to several other garages before we found it. We even went into the correct garage but thought it was the wrong place because they don't have any signs telling you how to get in or where they are. They have a sign at the entrance with the wrong address on it. The company name on the sign didn't match any name on the confirmation email I received. There was no sign or person to tell you how to get into the parking garage. Did I have to take a ticket and pay again to get into a garage that I had already paid for? They didn't have any signage or people to tell you that you had to go up to the 5th floor of the garage to find anyone. When we got back from our cruise they hadn't corrected any of the problems and they gave me wrong information about how to get out of the garage. I had to wait at the gate until a shuttle driver pulled up behind me and he opened the gate so I could get out of the garage. It was a very very frustrating way to start a cruise.

    Confusing. It was in a regular parking garage, no signs just a guy standing at one of the entrance gates inside the parking garage. Gave me a ticket and told me to park anywhere above floor 5. On the 5th floor was another person at a podium who I had to check in with again. A lot of people where waiting for the shuttle to cruise ship so I decided to just walk instead of chance being late. I also tried to change my reservation by 2 hours by calling, customer service was clueless so I hung up after 30 minutes.

    The address on the confirmation email was incorrect, therefore it took us a few minutes to find it. On our return we called the number for the shuttle and they had us wait in the wrong place so we waited longer. We then figured out we were standing in the wrong place and where able to find a return shuttle after 35 minutes of waiting. Now that we know these things we would give it another try and hope it will be smoother the next time.

    You should provide a place to use the bathroom upon arrival. My wife had to leave the parking garage and request to use the bathroom in an office building. This was a bit ridiculous.

    While the garage was easy to find, there was no one, or no way, to confirm that we had paid upon entering or that we were in the correct place. This made us very skeptical of leaving our vehicle and we only decided to do so because we saw other cruise-goers and they shared the same concern. Additionally, we were unable to get a shuttle. We called the number and spoke to someone who could barely speak English. They texted us a different number to text, not call, and request the ride. We did not receive a response for more than 30-minutes so we eventually took an Uber to the cruise port and subsequently, took one back to the garage upon our return. While our car was safe and there upon return, the whole process provided quite a bit of anxiety and uncertainty and I don’t feel confident in using this service again.

    Hard to get though for return shuttle. Then dropped off on wrong floor. Asked to be dropped off on right floor driver very rude and said take elevator. My wife and I are disabled with walking. It wasn’t right at all to be inconsiderate and in so much of a hurry.

    First off, you have the wrong address. There was no 900 NE 2nd, it was 888. At least that’s what the sigh on the garage said. Then, when we came back on Monday, we waited over an hour for a van to pick us up. We called multiple times to find out where the van was and still took over 30 minutes. Another couple that was there said they stood there for an hour and a half. The driver said it’s management fault because you had to help another company.

    We struggled with finding instructions for the parking garage. We attempted to call the 1-800 number for instructions and no one answered the phone. We were told by one of the attendants to go to the 7th floor but was stopped on the 6th floor and then told by a team member We Park to go to the 5th floor. We were given instructions to go to the elevator and a shuttle would come. The shuttle was only a 7 passenger van and there were several people waiting for the shuttle. There were only two shuttles running. When I booked the site said the shuttle ran every 15-20 minutes. It was an hour or longer before the shuttle returned. We were in the back of the line and with 7 seats there was no way we were going to make our 1:30 boarding time for our cruise. We had been at the shuttle stop since 11:45 a.m. and the port was about a 10-15 min drive. My group and I end up walking to the cruise port. After, I had already booked this shuttle and paid an additional $5 for a third passenger. We had such terrible experience that we ubered back from the port at the end of the cruise. I'd really like to submit for a refund and get my money back for the experience.

    This garage was clean and in a very good location. The person managing, I believe his name is Jose, should not be dealing with customers.. he is very very rude and unprofessional.. I was getting in to Miami a day earlier so I called to see if I can drop off my car a day earlier.. The person that answered said yes, and that they would just adjust the bill.. When I went to drop off the car there was no one there from that company to attend to us, only some other lady at the bottom of the ramp. She told us to park on the 7th floor.. as we drove back up to the 7th floor. Some guy stopped us and he told us he was working with the company we booked with. We told him we came in a day early and they told us we can park and that our bill will be adjusted to $8 more.. He then said he has to call his boss, Jose @ Shuttle: 954.549.8963 ..the guys starts explaining to him what we want to do and Jose starts yelling at him from the top of his lungs. My husband ask to speak to him and Jose starts yelling at him saying we can't do that and if we want to park we have to pay him an extra $20 cash. My husband said no, they told us it would be an $8. Jose starts yelling at my husband again and asked if we were going to the Miami port that day and we said no, our boat does leave till tomorrow. Jose said well give us $40 to take you to your hotel and an extra $20 to park..We flat out said no. Then he hung up on us.. We left our car there ( and prayed it would still be there when we get back from our Cruise )and then Uber to our hotel.. When we arrived from our Cruise, we called for a pick up. and Jose picked up, he was really nasty to us again.. we told him we are waiting by terminal G. he said ok to be patient that someone will pick us up.. We waited close to an hour, we kept calling but the phone kept going into voice mail.. No one ever showed up.. we uber back to the garage, and thankfully our car was still there... First time using this company and never again....

    Well, The price was attractive, but the rest sucked. first of all the address given is wrong the building # was 800 and not 900 as stated on our documentation, we drove around for 30 minutes trying to find it, finally called the 800 # and the lady did not know what to tell us...eventually we found it and had to park on the 5th floor. We had to take our own luggage down to the first floor and load it ourselves in the transport trailer. Once finally under way, the driver said he had to get gas and took us across town to some gas station. this took us 20 minutes longer to get to the Port. ( Van should have been fueled up already) Upon arriving at the port we collected our luggage and handed it to the porters.. Then upon return to the port from our 11 day cruise, there was no van there waiting for us. We call the transport line 7 times and there was no answer and it said the mailbox was full, so we could not even leave a message...completely unprofessional. After trying and waiting for an hour we had to call a taxi to come pick us up and take us back to our car.. at a cost of $15. Obviously Instapark is a go between but let me tell you, you should not use the company that was supposed to be taking care of us because they are horrible. If you were an honorable company you would refund my money and the cab fare it cost us to get back to our car at the parking garage. regretfully, Michael Bourdette

    When we arrived the schoefer had told us to look for a van with the name instapark on it so when we arrived I had called the schoefer and he said he was in his way be there in 5 min took him 25min then when he arrived he kept yelling at us saying I told u I was on my way so why do u keep calling I explained to him that you said you would be here in a couple minutes and wanted to make sure it was the same van

    My experience was horrible. There was a wait to be taken to the port so we had to pay an additional $8.00 for the shuttle to take us once we arrived. Also, the driver was rude on the phone when I called to be picked up the morning we returned back to the port. I waited almost an hour and no one arrived. I ended up paying a taxi to take me back to my car .

    The experience was great and I would park there again. The only thing i think could be better is to have the vans already at the port waiting on the clients at debarkation. Other agents were already there and have made multiple stops by the time we were picked up. We got off the boat at 7:30 and had to wait for a driver until 9:30 am. Robert was the best. If the wait can be minimized it would be exceptional.

    If you read the other reviews and know what to expect before you get there then it’s a great place to park for cruising. I will be parking here from now on. 1. Follow the directions on the site to get to the parking lot, go up to the 5th level and find a spot to park. 2. When I got there it was about 1:30pm and there was about 50 people in line to get the shuttle. Having expected this from reading the reviews, I had my Uber ready downstairs . No fuss and no waiting for a crowded shuttle bus. We did the same thing on the way back from the cruise. It’s super close to the port so the Uber was about $10 each way. Considering the price paid for the parking, it’s still about half the cost of parking at the port. The reason for the 4 stars is obviously that I paid for a service that has shuttles and the shuttles are so full that it’s impossible to get on one of them and not go crazy. Again. Know what you are getting and it’s a great place to park. I will be using this location from now on. Usually cruise about 2-3 times per year.

    We had to wait an excessive amount of time for pick up when we returned from our cruise. After we waited the original 30 minutes we called again. No answer and vm full. We called 4 times before the phone was answered. We were assured a pick up within 10 minutes and that our entire group of 10 would be able to ride (we had 3 cars in the lot!). Turns out there were others waiting as well. Driver allowed their ENTIRE group to go (about 6) and said only our drivers could go get the cars and return for us. When I called him on it, he said they were all individual drivers...not possible when at least 2 were under the age of 10! Not a pleasant experience. Unlikely to use again!

    Parking location and safety are great. Shuttle is way overburdened, takes a long time or is not possible (we got a Lyft on the way there instead), and driver was INCREDIBLY rude the entire time trying to get back to the garage. Hanging up on calls, cursing people out, shoving a ridiculous number of people into the van after saying himself that it was already full... completely not worth it. Parking is great, shuttle service is atrocious.

    When we arrived it took the guy over a half an hour to pick us up. When got back from the cruise and called the guy he told us to be patient. They were really busy and didn’t know how long it would take them to pick us up. We end taking a taxi to the parking garage from port of Miami. I will definitely never use this service again.

    “Instapark” is actually Prestige parking. The address where we needed to drop off the car took us to prestige and the workers tried to act like they had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually go to find out I was in the correct place but with a different name. When we arrived back to port and contacted them for the shuttle back to our car the employee said it would be 30-35 minutes until they picked us up. 7 phone calls back and forth and 2 hours later the guy on the other line drove down himself to pick us up. This was very frustrating after a long cruise and a 4 hr drive home ahead of us

    Very difficult to find your address. Limited signs were visible. Too many names for the same location. Never saw a Instapark sign at all. Once in the fenced area it was difficult to determine where to go. Drivers were friendly. Going to the cruise ship was quick and easy. Had to wait quite a while for the return.

    The return shuttle at the port was the problem. We had to call at least 5 times to find out the status of the shuttle. After an 1.5 hours the shuttle arrived. There are lots of shuttles passing through the port with very few parking slots, so you must watch carefully for your shuttle and flag them down. The name of the shuttle service was "Prestige" which is a different name than the parking lot. And we stopped another Prestige shuttle that was not going to the airport lot. Other than that, everything with the parking and drop off was good.

    We arrived at the facility on 9/30/2018 just 2 hours before our boarding time on Carnival Horizon only to find Miami Quick Park is out of business. Our reservation was not honored and we were turned away. The skeleton staff that was present was only there to turn away current customers and to have vehicle keys for those customers who were already parked and returning from cruises. Horrible place and horrible treatment.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had parking somewhere. I'll summarize my 3 frustrations. Communication: We arrived and no one that was working spoke Spanish so just understanding where to park and how to pay was frustrating. Then we get off the cruise and call to have them pick us up and they hang up on us half way through a phone call. To make it worse we call back (multiple times) and they can barely communicate because they only speak Spanish. The Lies: They originally told us to call and they would have someone there to pick up our party of 16. So we called and they told us it would be an hour and a half until they could come pick us up. You've got to be kidding?!!? So we paid a taxi to take us all back to the parking lot. We pull up, the van is sitting there and 2 people are at the desk. Who the heck is running this place? Overall, worst experience of any parking lot I've ever been to. If you see "Instapark" RUNN AWAY!!!!!!

    It was difficult to find, as our GPS (Google) did not take us directly to it. We pulled in, found a place to park (a little scarier than our last parking experience with another company). We got in the van and were taken to the port. When we arrived back from our cruise, we called to be picked up, told them our names and where we were in the port, and were told 45 minutes. I told person on the phone that we were either going to be at Terminal F or G, then we agreed on G. Ok, we waited. After over an hour, I called back, and was told the van was filled, and they will have to return to get me....WHAT??? We never saw them at all! We were exactly where we stated. We waited even longer, and then finally had to get an Uber! Will NOT be using this company again. Crappy end to a great cruise.

    We waited one hour and a half to be picked up from the seaport. After 5 phone calls to Yaki and a promise of a callback that never came I finally caught an uber. When I spoke to the manager instead of offering to reimburse the cost of the uber he decided to blame the driver and told me that I payed for the right to park and the shuttle service was complementary. If this is true then your website is very misleading. I will not recommend this seevice to anyone and I will be sending reviews to yelp and any other site that I can think of.

    When we returned to Port, we had to wait an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick us up. There was an ICE inspection at the end of the tunnel, that caused some delay, but not 90 minutes! They did not communicate with us, to let us know. I called them after a 45 min wait.

After hour or longer I had to help to look for the keys, finely I found them in side a bag with onather keys and with another receipt. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.. 3 hours waisted to clame a car.

    On Sept 7, 2018 I called for a pick up at 8:35 am I was supposed to receive services for a shuttle from MIAMI port to Miami quick park. I was told it would take 45 mins to be picked up I waited patiently. I saw a shuttle for the company drive past us I called the company and they apologized and said they would send someone back. We called approximately 4 times and waited over 3 hours before being picked up. When I called the 5th time they claimed they were in the process of calling back and we should take the shuttle of another company called Prestige. This is totally unacceptable business practice. When we got back we had to wait for the lady to get back to the office because the gentleman behind the counter said he doesn’t handle the keys to pick up for parking. The desk wasn’t manned by an attendant. We had to wait another 10-15 minutes for our keys to the vehicle. I am requesting a refund because services were not rendered as described.

    First off The employee I spoke with told me they were relocated four blocks from the port, it was at least a 20 minute drive which really wasn’t a problem until we waited 45 minutes after disembarking and had to take a cab which cost us an additional $36. We were told the weather was bad at Quick Park, (this was 7 AM, first two people off the ship) delaying our pick up. We arrived approximately 25 minutes after being told it would be a 45 minute wait, to arrive at our parking facility and find sunshine. They were obviously waiting for other cruise lines to disembark before picking us up. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this parking facility. No one was told where to meet our driver upon pick up, luggage was tossed randomly Into the trailer, therefore people cruising out of different cruise lines had to dig to the bottom of the trailer for luggage. No organization whatsoever, we could’ve parked at Miami parking (covered) Close to same price after paying taxi and quick parks fees. Despite our parking issues, departure employees were very kind. Did not confront employees upon returning for pick up. Save your time, enjoy your cruise, Pay a little more and park elsewhere.

We called for our pick up and was told that due to the bad weather rainy morning, it would be about 45 minutes which was spot on. Other than that, everything went smoothly and we will use Quick Park again.

    The parking was easy and price was good but we called to get a shuttle back from the port and they said to wait at the terminal and that the shuttle would be there every hour on the hour. I saw the shuttle arrive further down from where I said we were and picked up people that were just getting off the boat when we had already been waiting for 45 minutes so instead of waiting another hour we had to arrange an uber driver.

    We prepaid for parking services at Miami Quick Park prior to leaving on a 7 day cruise departing from Miami on July 28th 2018. Upon arrival we were informed, by the person at the desk, that it would be an hour wait plus an hour to be transported to the cruise ship terminal. We found the time frame to be unacceptable so we called Uber. The Uber driver arrived within 5 minutes and the ride to the terminal was about 15 minutes. We paid $20 to be transported to the terminal after already paying for your services. When we returned from our cruise on August 4th 2018, we called Miami Quick Park for shuttle information to be returned to our vehicle. The person on the phone stated that it would be a 40 minute wait for a shuttle. We then called Uber and the driver arrived in 5 minutes and we were dropped off at our car in 15 minutes. This too cost $20. The only part of your service that was as described on your website was the actual parking for the time we were gone. We are planning on booking cruises in the future but will not use your service. We will also not recommend your services to our many friends that also cruise.

    When we arrived back from our cruise, we called the phone number provided after going through customs as requested around 10:15am. The stated it would be about 20 minutes that someone was on their way. 35 minutes later we called back to see where the shuttle was. The story changed a few times within the conversation. First they had a blown tire, then they had to get guest from the airport and then they were dropping off passengers at the port. There was no communication on when they would arrive, just that they were coming. Around 11am we called again to know where we were suppose to stand as the next cruise had begun boarding and we were told we were in the way. However there was no answer. Finally at 11:15am almost an hour later, we had to call an UBER to be dropped off at the lot as we could not wait any longer. When we arrived at the parking lot, the car was not ready and had to be gone and gotten from the lot. The car came back covered in fire ants as it must have been parked under a tree or in a dirt pile. 3 days later we are still trying to get ants out of the car. The lack of communication and the ants have made this a terrible experience.

    Was allowed to check my vehicle in a day earlier than originally planned. Extra day was under 10 bucks! I didn’t utilize the shuttle from the parking lot to the cruise terminal. Coming back from my cruise was a bit more challenging. It was more of a hassle to wait for the shuttle. The port is so busy with shuttles and taxis in and out it can be a little overwhelming. I just took a Lyft for $15 bucks. I would use again.

    Although everyone was very friendly professional and polite I was very disappointed that we waited over an hour for the shuttle to come and get us from the port once we returned from our cruise. Going from parking to the port was fine. Also it was very unfortunate that they had no restrooms in the building for us to use and told us we had to use the porta potties in the parking lot. That was not convenient with small children.

    Drop off was fine. Pickup was terrible. We called at 0800 hours and were told "We will be there in 15 minutes". We were called back continually and were continually told lies. Picked us up at 10:55. Just shy of 2 hours. While the wait was bad. The lying was inexcusable. You knew that you only had one van and didn't send it until it picked us up two hours later. If you use them, here are the lies: "The van is on its way". "I just called the van". "The van drove by and didn't see anyone". "If you don't see the QuickPark van, use the Prestige van". One couple at the pier had first called at 7:00 a.m. Thus the wait for them was 4 hours!!! The lying was worse than the two hour wait!! Terrible company for cruise parking.

    Don’t use QUICK PARK I had the most awful experience with them! First once leaving after parking mind you no one is busy I still had to wait 15 mins for the shuttle and the guy who took us was playing with the clerk. So they made us wait until they were done playing! Once we came back from our cruise they never sent a shuttle to pick us up after waiting 2 hours i has to pay 30 dollars for a taxi. When I called they answered the first time then blocked my number I had to borrow someone phone to call them then the clerk hung up in my face! When I finally made it there I gave them a piece of my mind and they told me that the shuttle doesn’t have to drop or pick you up you only pay to park so if you’re looking for shuttle and parking this is false advertising and your shuttle experience will be terrible

    On arrival we were directed to park and the shuttle took us to the Port so we could board out cruise ship. I asked about return shuttle as I was staying the night before pickup at the Marriott by the airport.They gave me a card and said just call us when you are ready to get picked up. When I did call the number JOE the driver said he was at the airport picking up another customer and would call me back which he did within 10 minutes and told me he was on his way to the Hotel to pick me up. 20 minutes later i returned the call and was connected to the Office, I believe, thay said they DO NOT pick up at hotels and I had to find my own way back. I asked about JOE and they said he was gone for the day. I had to take acab to get my wife and myself back to pick up the car which added extra expense and aggrivation from waiting for a driver that never showed up. I do not know who is in charge but when I was told more than once that I could be picked up at the hotel on my return I believe you should honor what you say. My decision to use instapark was based on my phone calls and what the desk and driver told me about shuttle service which I find out now is False advertising and deception.

    The QuickPark facility where I parked my car was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The female working behind the counter needs additional training in customer service. The drivers did not want to go to the Port of Miami, but were more than willing to go to the Airport. It took 30 minutes for them to coerce a driver into dropping off a group at the Port if Miami. Upon my return to the Port, I called to be picked up and was told that it would be at least an hour before I would be picked up. I waited for 2 hours along with other customers of QuickPark and no one came to pick us up. Upon calling to inquire why it was taking so long the female became angered and began yelling "there are other people ahead of you". A driver never showed up. I finally took a Cab to the facility and informed the female that no one came and that there were other people still waiting to be picked up. She, in a very sarcastic tone told me I should have taken a Uber when it clearly states on their website they provide rides to the Port of Miami and the Airport. She stated that it was Free, not guaranteed. I asked for a refund or at least payment for my cab and was refused both. I asked for a manager and was told that none existed. This was the worst experience ever. I would never use this company again. At least a refund for the price I paid for the cab is definitely in order.

    We parked at your lot in Miami on 3/18/18 under reservation #’s 128402, 128406 & Melisa Belinger(not sure of her confirmation number) for a week long cruise. Upon our return we called the number we were given for pick up only to reach a cell phone with a full mailbox. After approximately an hour, someone picked up and advised us they had a delay and could not give us an estimated arrival time for the shuttle. We waited another half hour and the shuttle arrived but the driver advised us he could not pick us up as he had to pick up other passengers at a different terminal. At that point we were left with no other option but to take cabs to retrieve our vehicles. This cost us an additional $30 each for each of the 3 families on top of the fee we each paid for parking at your lot. This was by no means the experience we expected from your company nor what was advertised on your website. We would like a full refund for the cost of our parking as well as the $30 cab fee for reservation we secured with your company as this was a terrible ending to a wonderful vacation.

    There were almost no parking, cars were parked on pavement blocking entrances. Shuttle was promised to pick up when returning from cruise. I called at 803am, answer was shuttle is on the way. Waiting 25 minute and called back, same answer that driver is on the way. waiting another 25 minute and got same answer. When I insist why its taking time and getting same answer for 50 minutes while the lot is only 10 min away the operate replied that he will call the driver and find out where he is and will call me back. Never called back till today, I took uber after waiting over an hour, should had told me and I could have saved one hour of my life with your lies. Never again.

    First time using this facility and definitely my last one. I selected Miami Quick Park because they are open 24 hours, seven days a week and offer free shuttle transportation to the airport and seaport customers. Also, I decided to park my car there because it is cheaper than park at the Cruise Port Parking. What an error! I paid online $ 60.93 and when I arrived the attendant indicated that they only offer transportation to the Cruise Port until 2:00 pm and told me that I was late for my cruise (it was 3:30 pm). I explained him that my check-in time was after 3:10 p.m. and the cruise leave at 7:00 p.m. I asked him how he could help me and he answered he cannot do anything to help me. I had to call an Uber and paid $ 22.91, and of course I was not late for my cruise. When I returned I called the shuttle for pickup. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the shuttle at the Cruise Port. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

    It was great getting to the cruise ship but poor getting back. We called and the phone number that was given to us had a full mailbox and therefore we could not get anyone to let them know we needed to be picked up. We had to call the 866 number to get someone. After calling we had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get picked up. Even then we had to flag down the driver who had a van that could not accommodate the 8 of us. One of us had to sit on the step stool as there were not enough seats. All in all it was a lack of response to our calls and lack of timeliness.

    Before booking, I chatted with Instapark and was told I didn't have to leave my van keys. To my surprise, I did have to leave my van keys since Miami Quick Park was a valet service. There were only a few vans transporting passengers on a very-busy Saturday when they were 5 cruise ships in port so I ended up paying $30 for a taxi since it was a 2-hour wait for a shuttle van. Although only 1 person working the counter, she was able to get my van very quickly.

    The QuickPark facility where I parked my car was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The female working behind the counter needs additional training in customer service. The drivers did not want to go to the Port of Miami, but were more than willing to go to the Airport. It took 30 minutes for them to coerce a driver into dropping off a group at the Port if Miami. Upon my return to the Port, I called to be picked up and was told that it would be at least an hour before I would be picked up. I waited for 2 hours along with other customers of QuickPark and no one came to pick us up. Upon calling to inquire why it was taking so long the female became angered and began yelling "there are other people ahead of you". A driver never showed up. I finally took a Cab to the facility and informed the female that no one came and that there were other people still waiting to be picked up. She, in a very sarcastic tone told me I should have taken a Uber when it clearly states on their website they provide rides to the Port of Miami and the Airport. She stated that it was Free, not guaranteed. I asked for a refund or at least payment for my cab and was refused both. I asked for a manager and was told that none existed. This was the worst experience ever. I would never use this company again. I suggest that you take heed as well.

After returning from the cruise, the phone number was busy and had to be called 5 times before answering.     I called twice from the terminal and kept saying 45 mins. They should have headed to the port when I called the 1st time. Why should I have to call again and tell them the exact same thing the 1st time. Also, online I had to but in the time I needed picked up.     Your driver does not know where other driver will pick passengers . We specifically asked our driver who dropped us at terminal, we stand where he had told us when we were back. We called and told we are 8 peole, when suttel came it was at drop off location and not at pickup location and it did not had other passengers in it. After coming back from a 7 days long crude this was a terrible experience. I will need to thick twice at my next cruise.

    There is order but no order to the madness. You pay online, you fill out your info online, you receive an electronic barcode. You get to the parking lot, they ask the same information you already provided online before your purchase, have you park your car in a one way in one way out parking lot which is pretty difficult and when you make it back from your trip, are told there will be no hour and 15 minutes delay to pick you up because of traffic on a Friday at 11am.

    Parking was decent but the shuttle service is awful. We called prior to our arrival to check when we could be taken to the seaport; the man on the phone said he could take us by 8am. When arriving, we were told we had to wait until 10am. Unfortunately, since we had already entered the parking lot we were told we could not leave or we would lose our parking spot. There was nowhere to go in walking distance as the lot is in a very bad area, so we were forced to sleep in our car for 2 hours. After our cruise, when trying to get the transportation they claim to provide back to the lot, we waited an entire hour for a shuttle that never showed up. We were forced to pay for a $50 taxi as we were then placed on a strict time schedule; this ended up costing more than the actual parking did. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

    One of the best cruise parking lot in Miami that I have encountered. Large paved lot, park yourself, keep your keys and enjoy a short ride to port in new, comfortable shuttles. Staff and drivers are very courteous and helpful. Pick was fast even with a jam-packed port. On return to the lot, my car had a soft tire and the staff helped me change it out.     Our Driver worked hard to get us back to our car during a crazy morning at the port. Considering all the traffic, and the fact that Customs was slow causing a back up . My only suggestion would be to ask more questions of us when we call. Point out Terminal numbers or be aware of which terminal building each ship is parked at. We are unfamiliar with the area when we come in from a distance for a cruise. Terminal building numbers are not available to us as we exit.

    The parking experience was great. The lot was nice, you park yourself in regular parking spots. The attendants there were very helpful. There was no line. No crowds. We were going on a cruise, the shuttle had just pulled out and they called it back. We were on our way very quickly. On our return, our timing was great and the van was just pulling up.     Took about five minutes after we called standing in the pickup area for your driver to show up. Excellent!!! The wait time to leave your terminal to go to the port was about forty five minutes, but that is understandable making sure to take as many people as possible at once, but I wouldn't have been patient with a longer wait.

Restrooms were outhouses in middle of parking lot. No words can describe the filth and smell.     No shuttles to port after 2 PM! Upon arrival to parking lot, which was not easy to find, the fore mentioned condition almost destroyed my chances to make the boat before it left Miami! Had to wait for a cab, who’s driver also had a big difficulty finding the parking lot! I had to pay for the ride to the port!!! Absolutely no mention of the no port shuttles after 2pm on the instapark website!!!! So cruisers- BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! When came back had to wait for TWO HOURS for shuttle back from port to the parking lot!!!! Made 12 calls to parking facility office for inquiries, most of which left unanswered: either no connection or no answer! After all of waiting and due to “ excitement “ about 12 hours ride home, felt to angry to stay and fight the horrible management and it’s “ operation tactic “. No more dealings with them!!!!

    I made the booking and needed to change arrival time right away. Tried the chat box.. no one responded, called your toll free number multiple times, with no answer. Called the number for the shuttle service on my email confirmation which got me to an attendant from the parking lot, who advised they would not be able to accommodate my later arrival. So, I paid for a service that was not rendered. I would like a refund please and thank you. Whom should I contact since connecting with any type of customer service is null. Really disappointing.

    This was the worst parking experience I have ever had it took over a half hour to get to talk to a person to get a shuttle pick up then I was told it would be a hour for the shuttle. I called back after a hour and a half and was told the shuttle would be right there another hour went before we got picked up. Will not ever use again.

    Going to the port was good. Getting from the port to our car was bad. We called at 8:07 am and shuttle arrived at 9:39. They should have told us when we called for the shuttle that it was a 1-1/2 hour wait and we would have called an Uber. Instead she said it could be anytime! Never use this shuttle.

    When we got back and called for the shuttle at 8am. We never got picked up or got an update on ETA. We called again an hour later, no answer, we called every 30 mins ,no shuttle...voicemail was full. Finally after 3 hrs we got a cab to get us out of there. We were almost the very last ones in sight. Still no shuttle. The cab was $26.80 and when we paid to park it was also for the shuttle service you offered. We'll never park with you again.

    We had very long waits both ends, seemingly caused by lack of drivers. In addition, our original booking had to be changed from a lot about a mile from the port to one several miles away. All in all, it wasn't great, and we had a screwnail in one of my tires with the tire flat when we got back to the lot.

    I cruise several times a year and this was the worst parking experience, to began the printed receipt had the wrong address so drove around calling a couple of times to try and find then when called to be picked up at cruise ship at 8:20 was told would be about 20 -30 minutes in 2 hours saw 1 van that was empty and in the fast lane not looking our way at all, I called and told the dispatcher to have them turn around and come back, then an hour later a van pulled up only 2 seats empty and there were 9 of us waiting for their service, not all the same group but 3 groups of us over 2 hours for pick up means I will not uses your service again there are too many good ones out there

    Always a good experience. I'm not a fan of paying for parking but for $8.95, I don't mind so much. Things always seem to go smoothly, so I don't mind the extra step, rather than just taking a taxi to the cruise port. It's nice to move at my own pace and drive my own vehicle once I return home.

    Very bad experience. Website says shuttle service until 4 pm but when I called for a shuttle, she said they only do shuttle service until 2 pm. Thankfully we got there at 1:55 and caught the last shuttle. The lady who answered phone was not helpful and very rude. When we returned and called for shuttle after they finally answered their phone, we waited about 1 1/2 hours. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and park somewhere else.

    Everything was fine until we returned from our cruise and attempted to get back to Instapark from NCL Port B. Upon calling we were told that it would be "more than 45 minutes" until we could be picked up! Since the caller sounded vague about what time that would be, we took a taxi back to Instapark at a cost of $32. If you expect me to consider using your facility again, I would only do so if you would reimburse me for the cost of the taxi! Your consideration would be appreciated.

    Waited for about 20 minutes for the shuttle on the way to the cruise port and with a large group ahead of us already waiting we decided our odds were better to just Uber to the cruise port. That wasn’t so bad. But, on the way back, we called for the shuttle while on the ship still. As we were exiting. They said 45 minutes, which already seems a little long but ok. 45 min later we called again. They said they were on their way. 1 1/2 hours later we called again. They told us it was still on the way. After waiting 2 hours we finally just ubered back. We had a group of 8 so we had to take 1 Uber, overall we spent over $50 in Uber expenses which. We saw many premier parking shuttles. Quick park never came. No apologies, nothing. They said oh, you are the group of 8. Hmm. Yep. NEVER AGAIN.

    I mistakenly booked our reservation the day before we got there. The people at the desk told me that because I had done that, and was checking in the day AFTER the day I has scheduled, there was no way to check our car in because the way the system is designed. I had to book directly with them meaning that I paid twice for one spot.

    check in and parking was okay. Persons parked in driveways making it hard. But we waited 75 minutes for pickup after talking to the Quick Park woman .WE called four times trying to get a pickup. She never told us the van parked before B terminal. The van was full with people who waited 70-85 minutes for a pickup after their arrival at the curb and calling the vendor. The vendor did not schedule any drivers to pick up the scheduled returnees at 9:15AM but waited for the first group of incoming customer who were cruise passengers to start taking them to the port at 10:30AM and then pick us up! BAD. This service can't put someone on the phone who speaks English and gives directions! No one in our full van trusts this agency after our poor treatment. At the Quick park field persons were parked blocking others passage and nothing was done At the lot there are no restrooms or services although we had been over 2 hours off the ship. Port Johns are their "courtesy". No thanks. Cheap is the only word to describe this parking service

    This lot is really good. I felt safe leaving my vehicle in this fenced lot with its security cameras. I've had my vehicle broken into at a lot once when I paid for long-term parking and I didn't think I'd ever use the service again. They're open 24 hours though, so someone is always around, in addition to the safety features.

    The parking was reasonable as we were parking for a week while we went on a cruise. The staff was friendly, and helpful, but finding the place was a challenge. Once called the driver service they were able to get us there easily enough. And once returned from the cruise we did wait a bit for them to pick us up. At port of Miami, it is very busy with cruise ships and people coming and going, and you really have to watch for the van and flag them down because they do not know who they are looking for. That could be an easier process some how. Other than that overall good experience.

    The parking lot is a little of the beaten path but is a very good find. The Internet rates are extremely reasonable. It is a 10-15 minute drive to cruise ports. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The lot is right near the airport. I was concerned about the pick up from the ship terminal but from the time of pick up call to being dropped off at the parking lot was a quick 35 minutes. Highly recommend.

    The guys at the lot were fine. Courteous and professional. I parked my car securely for nearly a week and that's a 5-star win. However, transport to the cruise port was a problem. They'd lost the keys to one of two vans, so we had to wait more than an hour for room in the shuttle. They don't normally have a crowd, so they didn't manage it. Pushy people got on the shuttle regardless of order of arrival or need to make a departure time. Very badly done. Procedures for arrival were incorrectly explained. So, we called from the wrong place at the terminal and then had to move. The drivers were helpful and friendly, but the organization was abysmal.

We divide it up to make it fair, and it's only a few bucks each. The service and the location of Miami Quick Park can't be beat, especially at $8.95/day - which we also get to share. It's a steal!

    Would never park there again. Had to take Uber to the cruise port since they refused to drive me to the port after 2pm on Saturday even though I reserved it at 2pm. Also, had trouble finding the place since google maps took me to another location. You are better off paying few bucks extra to get a decent service.

Man on the office phone is very nice & try's to be helpful. He was new at the job. There shuttle was broken down so We had to take an Uber to the port and stuff 4 adults and all our luggage into a sonata with a driver. After our cruise we waited 1 1/2 hrs to be picked up, man on the phone keep saying I'll call them. Then he said we told them wrong location which was no true. When they finally came down the street, they were on the other side of the road driving right past us. My husband and a policeman banged on the window and flagged them down. They came with 2 people so there weren't enough seats for all of us people they were supposed to be picking up. What a nightmare. Never go there. Will never go there again. The worst we have EVER experienced. Awful place!!

    Address error on the website (22th vs 22nd) was a bit of a problem for gps until we figured it out. Got on wrong shuttle upon return (had Instapark logo on van). Showed driver the address, he should have told us that it was not the correct shuttle (two couples involved). Had to be taken back to the port to get the correct shuttle. The 22nd street personnel were nice to deal with. Not their fault on the shuttle issue.

    Me, my sister and three other couples were waiting for 2 hours for the van to get to us and found out that they are an illegal company. When I arrived back to the location where my car was parked one of the guys said we all would receive a full refund within 12-48 hours and I have yet to receive my refund. I am going to take legal action, this is beyond ridiculous.

    I arrived at the location about 30 mins after my arrival time and I was appalled at what I saw. It looked slightly like an abandoned lot with old cars that no longer functioned. I could not tell which area was the entrance and there was no one in sight. I called customer service for a refund and kept getting a voicemail. No one has contacted me back. I did not utilize the parking service and am highly disappointed. This is not at all what I expected and I am still trying to get a refund.

    Very unorganized. We arrived on Friday morning to park 3 guys there only one supposedly represented instapark so we had to wait for the other guy to figure out what was going on. Coming back called at 9:30 am was told to call back in about 30 mins when we were completely out the terminal. Called back no answer several times. Finally got somebody, was told wait would be 30 mins. We waited an hour(guy was in the wrong terminal). Shuttle comes passed us up. I call back to be told it would be another 30 mins which equates to an hr basically. Said forget it and caught a cab for $30 bucks. I requested a refund. We will see. Will never use this service again.

    Hard to find even with WAZE. Pick up on the return trip was lengthy because of traffic around the cruise terminal. Bus was crowded, total full and front seats were stacked with Luggage.Could have dispatched a second bus to split the load and cut down the one hour from the first call to arrival back at parking lot.

    Change sign at lot from Quick Park to Insta Park. Put sign on shuttle bus to Insta Park as opposed to no sign at all.Oterwise the experience was good. Would use your service again.

    van had problems with pick up. first van got a ticket for not being qualified then van driver left us and it took so ;long before we were able to get back to the parking lot

    As good as it gets. If you are arriving/departing on a Saturday, everything is overwhelmed, and you will wait 15-45 minutes for the shuttle. Just the way it is with 4-6 cruise ships hitting the docks at the same time.

    I was so reluctant to use a parking service because I hate spending more money than I need to. Miami Quick Park has such a great location though, and for just a bit more than it would cost for transit to the airport, I was able to park for a full week, and drive my own car home. At $8.95/day, I can't really ask for more than that.

    We called as,soon as we got off the ship waited 1 1/2 hours for a pickup and no one showed up, we then had to take a taxi at 31.00 to get to our car. It is not good business to only have 1 shuttle running with multiple cruiseships Needless to say when the taxi dropped us off at the parking lot you had 3 men just playing on their phones. We told them about what happened and they just sat there. Never tried to make it right. We should not have to pay to park then have to pay a taxi to get us there Will not ever park with you again

    Waited 70 mins at Terminal F row 6 and gave up and came by taxi for $38. Called three times and was told firstly 30 mins, then 10 mins and then 10 mins again. On each call, I told the office where we were waiting. At the office, I was told I should have waited at row 4! Also, your van has no marking to indicate what company it is. I suspect you only have one white van. Will never use you again and will always dis-recommend you to others. You are a bad company to deal with.

    making my reservation took no time at all. i was booked with a confirmation in minutes. using the service was efficient as well, and miami quick park has some great folks working with them. for $8.95/day, you can bet i'll be back. i highly recommend this parking facility. the location is fantastic!

    Arrival and check in were OK. Shuttle to the port was disorganized but we made it. Upon our arrival, we called 5 times and no shuttle came to pick us up at the port. After waiting an hour and a half, we finally paid to take a taxi back to the lot. We were then told that the “owner” wasn’t there to help with our complaint. Shuttle service is vital to an operation like that...inexcusable for it to be that poor.

    Upon arrival we were told what we already knew. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes. No biggie. We arrived at the cruise terminal and we all explained which ship and cruise line we were using. The driver had no clue where any of it was and tried dropping people and luggage off at the wrong terminals. Only to be yelled at by port officials and having to reload luggage and cruisers. Finally get dropped at our ship and have our awesome trip. We arrived back and debarked at 8am. When I finally reached someone at the parking lot about the shuttle I was told he came on at 9am. No biggie right? I told them we would be waiting out in front of the terminal when he got there. 10am, I call them again because he hasn't arrived. I was assured he was on his way but had a little traffic. 1030, still not there. The guy I talked to said the driver told him he was there and didn't see us. I explained that 2 pissed off rednecks in front of the terminal would be hard to miss and that I sure as hell wouldn't miss seeing their van. Finally at 10:55 we were picked up and got to listen to rap music across town.

    Parking lot in bad shape. The shuttle was NEVER there. It had always "just left" so we waited 45 each time and we ended up getting a taxi.

    my wife didn't want to use a parking service, she wanted to take transit. it took me a lot of convincing to get her on board with using miami quick park and if this didn't go well she never would have let us do this again. from the moment rick helped us with our luggage though she was a happy camper. we'll use this service again.

    I was a little leery of using a company for parking for our cruise but decided to do it. I'm so happy we did. The staff is very friendly, and helpful and our car was safe. Very safe drivers and picked us up as soon as we called on our return to get back to our car. Very Very happy.
