  • Entrance at 9th Street and NE 2nd Ave. On the ticket entry machine, go to other options, I have an access code...Enter 0214. Be sure to pull out the ticket that you will use to exit the facility (leave the ticket in the dashboard). Proceed to the 5th floor to park and catch the shuttle. If you have any issues entering the garage, please call 305-731-1495.

    GPS had us turn the wrong way. Ended up in tunnel which was backed up and then put us right at the port. We choose to park there instead of trying to fight traffic to find the lot and then take shuttle. Waiting for refund.

    We arrived at the parking garage at 2:20pm for a shuttle to the cruise port. A person at the entrance said “here for a cruise” and the waved us through with no further instructions. Upon parking we called the shuttle company to inquire about where to meet and they said “we close at 230, see if any shuttles are still there” which is mentioned NOWHERE in the confirmation email from the company, so we unloaded our bags from the car while having a panic attack that we would miss our ship. After walking all over to find a human to ask what to do we found a shuttle and flagged him down. He stated “you have to go to the fifth floor to register and there is still a shuttle up there” ...ok, hoof it back up to the fifth floor and it’s an empty normal parking garage... no people, no booths, no shuttle. At this point we are in the grips of full on terror as it is now 245 and we are supposed to be to the port for 3pm. So we ran back to the car, loaded it up and hauled ass to the port where we found a lovely parking garage just in time to RUN through the terminal and barely make the ship before departure. This “service” was a complete waste of money and almost cost us our honeymoon cruise!! Do not recommend!!!!!!! Parking at the port garage was well worth the extra $30

    The address given when I registered was not the address for the parking garage. When we arrived, it was unclear if we needed to go through and get a ticket where the gates were located or go around them. A person who had just parked advised us to go around and go to the 5th level. After checking in with the attendant, who was working for a different company, we parked and went to where there were several people who had been waiting for over an hour. The parking attendant advised that the driver worked for them and they were helping out, but their customers would get picked up first and the driver did not even start until 10 AM, not the 8:30 that was advertised. These differences need to be published upon registration and if there are any changes, an email with this updated information needs to be sent out to all scheduled customers.

    The location was easy to find on our GPS although there was not easily identifiable signage on outside of building. The entry kiosk did not recognize our barcode on paper or cell phone. Luckily the van pulled up and the vendor used his pass card to get us in. Nice spacious covered parking on the 5th floor. Easy check-in and delivery to port. Picked up upon return within a reasonable amount of time. No issues!

    There was plenty of room to park in the covered parking garage. The shuttle taking us to the Port of Miami was very efficient. The one concern was the fact that even though we had indicated the estimated time of our return, we had to wait over an hour on the curb for the shuttle to pick us up for the return to the garage. We called a number of times but the phone was connected to an automated system so we were not able to speak to anyone directly to tell them of the situation. Thankfully the sun was shining and it was a nice day and we were NOT on a fixed time schedule.

    We were impressed with the check in, the clean, efficient covered parking and quick shuttle to cruise ship. But...we had to wait almost 2 HOURS for the return shuttle. We were one of the last groups allowed to exit the ship. Evidently the first group off were taken back to garage and shuttle never returned for us. We waved the bright yellow sheet but no pick up. There was no number on the sheet for who to call even though it said call if no pickup has arrived. We noticed that other shuttle drivers had lists of people they were to pick up. Then they checked them off list so they knew if they had everybody they needed. Or if no room in shuttle would have to drop off and return for rest. I finally looked up the number on the Instapark website where I was on hold for about 10 minutes. Even after contact it still was about 35 minutes to see the shuttle. It was so late arriving passengers for new cruise were arriving. I called yesterday to discuss this and never got a return call! I think we deserve some compensation for this breach of terms. 248-404-7638.

    After reading all the reviews I was concerned and all went well. GPS took us to the garage with no problems. We were instructed to park on level 5. Van took us to the ship and provided us directions on how to get back. We walked off the ship and carried luggage and made the 2nd van back to the garage. Very hectic at the port with everyone leaving at the same time. Be patient and arrive early. We had a Fri departure and Sunday arrival.

    Like other reviews kind of difficult to find (no signage-look for 888 2nd Ave) knew that going in and only ended up making 2 u turns. Attendant directed us exactly where to go. Many ppl waiting for tram saying they had been waiting for an hour. Attendant couldn't even give an ETA "should be a few minutes". We decided to walk the mile (we had packed lightly). It was an easy 30 minute walk. Saw another customer later on the boat and said he would walk next time.

    The staff were great but they need more shuttle buses - we waited about 40 mins for the shuttle bus to take us to the cruise ship (some people had waited over an hour as there had been too many to fit on the prior shuttle. and some decided to get Uber). On the way back we waited about 20 mins then decided to get an Uber as no bus had come and we didn’t want to wait another 40 mins

    We arrived at the garage at 11:15am on 2/2/20 to sail NCL Encore. STOOD IN LINE INSIDE THE GARAGE UNTIL 2PM with everyone else because they didn't forsee needing more vehicles to transport on SUPERBOWL SUNDAY??? COME ON Then the guy drove like a maniac, with passengers asking him not to get us in an accident. He actually said..."Oh...you want me to slow down?!?!?"

    we recently parked with Miami world parking through instapark we had no problems either way the shuttle to go to the cruise was a longer wait than we had anticipated I would say 30 minutes but getting picked up was only 10 minutes the drivers and everyone who were very polite and nice and we had no problems with our car

    YOUR COMPANY OWES US $57.00 BECAUSE YOU PROMISED US A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE SHIP BACK TO OUR OUR CAR PARKED IN YOUR FACILITY TO RUN EVERY 30 MINUTES. WELL WE GOT TO THE PARKING ON 5TH.     Not happy with pickup on trip back from ship. We had to wait too long for shuttle van, so we were forced to pay extra and get our own taxi. I had payed the extra $10 to Instapark since we had 4 people in party; so this was a further waste of money.

    We waited 2 1/2 hours for a shuttle to the cruise line!!!!! We ended up paying for an Uber. We had better luck going back to car only waited about 1/2 hr. The driver was driving very fast even around the turns. They need a lot more vans, they only hold 10 people. When there are hundreds of people coming and going to and a cruise NOT ENOUGH VANS!!!!

    We couldn't get in the entrance gate, bar code didn't work. Same problem when we were leaving. Your transportation did not show up to take us to the port. We waited almost two hours and the van didn't show up until passengers started calling management, we barely made it to the port on time.

    Upon parking there were 60+ ppl waiting on shuttles and had been for over an hour. Elevators locked on 5th floor couldn’t get out of garage to get Uber. I was traveling with my elder mother and she can’t stand long periods of time. Lost 2 Uber fees due to no elevator. A total mess!!

    There was no one to get us in the parking building. After a half hour wait a maintenance worker came by and used his access card to let us in. There was no one to advise or tell us where to park. We called the number on our receipt and got a voicemail. We could not leave a message as the mailbox was full. We finally parked and went to the pickup area. We waited for a shuttle and no one came. Finally a shuttle from another company came by and gave us a drive to the port. On our return, we called the shuttle number on our receipt but voicemail was full. Also called the other number and the lady said she would try to reach the shuttle. She said someone would be there shortly. No one came. We ended up getting a ride to our car once again from another shuttle company. When we finally tried to leave the building, the bar code on our receipt would not open the security gate. We called for help but the number went to a recording and said that the mailbox was full. Once again we waited until a maintenance worker came by and after explaining our problem, he opened the gate for us. We feel totally cheated, once you got the money for our parking there was no service or help provided. We are a senior couple and found this extremely stressful. Lots of passengers were standing around waiting for a shuttle to come and when we did see one we were told that that's for the 7th floor but everyone was on the 5th. When I called the number on my reservation to gentleman proceeded to say he didn't know where the shuttles were but he would call me back. The attendant was very unhelpful awesome.     When we parked we waited over 45 minutes for the driver to come back from a 5 minute distance. When we got back from the cruise the following week we and other drivers waited over an hour before we just called ubers to get us to the parking deck. Our Uber was able to do two pick ups before we saw our shuttle and we still got to the deck before the shuttle. When we called the company they forwarded us to the driver who said “it’s a difficult spot to pick up and just be patient” which was long after all the traffic had cleared. Either more cars need to run, or the drivers need to be spoken to because of an Uber can get in an out in minutes there’s no reason it should take the shuttle over an hour to do the same.

    For starters, this is a terrific location. It is less than 2 miles from the Port. With that being said, there is no reason that it takes over and hour to go and come. I was told there were 3 shuttles that ran in the am and 1 in the afternoon. I was able to go to the port, drop off my family, get lost and make it back to park my car well before they could. Having to pay for my Uber just to get back to my car shouldn't happen. I don't know what routes are being taken, but I can assure you, that the drivers are not going to the port and back. Its way to close to take that long.

    You don’t have enough vans and the ones you have are too small. We had to wait over an hour to get a van and then we had to split up and travel in two vans to get back to our car. Will never use your service again.

If you happen to have to park on the 5th floor, go up to the 7th to guarantee a ride to the port. Our way back to the parking lot was alot better experience.

    We were given no directions for parking. When we got to the garage it requires a gate code which we were not provided. There are no employees on site. We eventually just pushed the button to get a new ticket so we could park. We were told a shuttle comes every 20 minutes. We waited 40 mines for one. No one told us we had to park on the 6th or 7th floor so after we loaded in the shuttle, people had to go move their cars. From the time we parked to the time we got to the port it was over an hour. When we got back, we waited another 40 minutes and some other people said they had been there 20 minutes before us. The shuttle was almost full when they arrived so I had to leave my other passenger at the port and take the shuttle back to the garage and drive my car back to the port to pick up my partner.

    What would have made this experience GREAT is location signage. First, the website advertised address is 900 NE 2nd Ave, reality is it's 888 NE 2nd Ave. Having said that, the building does not display an address nor are there any signs displaying any title/name of either the parking service or the Miami World Center Garage. We rode around a few times and only that google mapped the address, did I notice the parking garage facade under return construction, I pulled in and still no signage and left only to return hoping it was in fact where I belonged.

    Firstly the parking instructions were a bit off, only thing that eventually helped us out were the photos of the entrance. Secondly when we drove in, the parking attendant wasn’t there and we had issues getting through the gate. The barcode didn’t work etc. We had to call to get help. We also felt that the instructions for the parking garage were insufficient. Nowhere was mentioned that the parking is at the 5th floor (or the 7th). So initially we parked on a different floor, unloaded our luggage etc just to find out we’re not at the right place. When we finally got to the right floor and approved etc, from there on it was fine. Shuttle service worked well, although the drivers are a bit of daredevils...would recommend slower speed inside the garage. Getting back to the car was quite smooth, bit of waiting at the port, but overall no complaints about the shuttle. Would recommend better and more clear instructions.

    It was good overall. I have a couple of issues though. Like: make it easier to find! Glad fully I took the time to research the place and read many reviews and they at least helped to get me to the general vicinity. Even then it was hard to determine if I was in the right place or not. Leaving the family as I walked around the garage was interesting. The garage was practically empty except for some contractors. Oddly enough, as I was looking, someone from a shuttle company told my wife what to do. He insisted on taking us to the port which is why my review is so upbeat. If it wasn’t for him we would have been lost... the same shuttle company gave us a paper to wave when we got back. In doing so someone saw us and picked us up. They even let us out afterward. Beforehand we weren’t informed of having to take a ticket at the gate of the garage so I thought we were going to get charged again even after we had prepaid. I guess we just got lucky. Not sure how it would be in the future though. Maybe we won’t get help or the person will be in a bad mood.

    First when I got to the parking there was no shuttle there arrived around 4 pm and no one was there had to grab a Uber to get to the port, after that nobody picked us up t the port so again we had to get an Uber and had a hard time exiting the parking, never saw anyone from this company to talk to or ask questions, they do not explain nowhere that apparently they leave early around 4 pm and then they do t have no shuttles to take you to the port, never again will I be using this company to park

    The address on the confirmation was incorrect and should be updated. Fortunately,someone was able to give us directions to the right garage. We were picked up promptly by a most helpful driver. There was a bit of a wait to return after the cruise but that is to be expected. I would recommend this facility.

    No complaints. We were picked up from the port on time and without waiting long at all. Parking was open and convenient. Saved a ton of money parking here vs the port for our 7 day cruise.     I parked the car here for 5 days. Everything was quite smooth. The location is very close to the cruise terminals. The shuttle service was ok, although I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the shuttle to go to the port terminal.

    We arrived on the 15th to Miami. Firstly, I would like to say that the garage was hard to find. I went in 5 circles just to find that the garage I was suppose to be in had a different address above. It would have been nice to have a sign outside with the address given on the parking email or something along the lines of MSC cruise. Just anything to help us locate this place. Once we go up and park the shuttle takes us to the port. Our whole family booked here. We had about 5 cars. Some of our family members had to take a lyft to make it to the port because a shuttle wasn't found in site. On the way back it was even more ridiculous. A shuttle came and picked up some people in front of us. The guy driving said ill be back. He never showed up. We waited for an hour and half. we had to end up taking a lyft to get to the garage. The shuttle service you provided was just insane. In addition the people working had no clue when we asked them questions.

    Everything was great with the exception of pick up. Very unorganized and not enough drivers for the number of people. We called them several times and they sent pictures of the vans to look out for. The problem was getting a van to either stop or when they did there were to many individuals to accommodate. . We called Uber to get back to the parking garage after 45 mins. of waiting. Thank you

    I have never had this kind of experience in the 8 cruises we've taken. We were directed to level 5 and told to wait by the elevator for transport to the port. There were 2 couples waiting and 1 of them had been there for over a half hour. We were joined by many more passengers waiting for the van to the port. Many vans bypassed us transporting people who had arrived much after we had. A representative said we were not her customers and that she was doing a favor for another company and we would have to wait until her people were accommodated first. It was 1 hour and 6 minutes that we waited for a van to stop for us. Other customers had done Uber and a group of 8 people had a relative pick them up. This was VERY stressful. On the return trip, no one answered the number we were given for the pick up shuttle. We were exhausted dragging all of our luggage and finally did an Uber for $15 to get back to the garage. I feel that I am owed at least a partial refund ($10 off for waiting over an hour for initial pickup and a reimbursement of $15 that we had to pay to get back to the garage for a total of $25 credit) I feel that I am being very fair in my request and will submit a dispute to Amex if you deny my claim.     I wouldn’t recommend parking with Miami World Center Garage- InstaPark. 1 1/2hrs to be picked up, Going and coming back from the cruise terminal. No indication in the garage of meeting point to picked up. Garage have no signs! The guy at the garage entrance was of no help. when I call the shuttle number, no help either. I had to ask a disembark passenger where to go. Arrival day at the terminal- stood under the ‘Welcome’ sign as Tilburg the drop off drive and ‘yellow’ paper , we have to wave to the non-existing driver. 1 1/2 hrs, 6 phone calls later, Kevin from WeParkin Miami picked us up. Not the driver for InstaPark.

    Wasn't informed where to pick up the shuttle after parking on arrival day. Called and was then told to go back to where we parked on level 5,and had to wait for a while for a shuttle to come.. When I did meet up with him he filled up quickly and that was very unorganized in itself . He had said he would be back and never showed up .     The price was good and it was close to the port. However- I was told when we got dropped off to call a specific number to be picked up by the shuttle provide when we return. I called and ended up waiting an entire hour to get picked up from the port. It was frustrating but even more so that the man on the phone was completely rude. And the second man who picked us up kept saying 8-10 minutes and then showed up an hour later. If you have plenty of time to wait around I would suggest using as it was the cheapest option for Miami port parking and the shuttle was free.

    It wasn't clear where the pick-up was on the 5th floor. The driver left without me and I had to wait until he returned. The driver was clearly angered by other customers. He was trying to satisfy everyone but didn't have the social skills. On the return to the garage, the driver was much more accommodating. We waited and were unsure if we (other customers) would be picked up or where to wait. Finally, I got on and sat on my luggage because the van was full with no seats available. I was grateful that I was able to get on the van that I didn't mind sitting on my luggage. Advice - clear communication would be hugely beneficial!

    We were late to our ship and they never came to pick up up from the port. We waited an hour and called several times and they kept giving us the runaround. We ended up having to pay for a taxi. The reason we were late was because the driver was “tired” and “did not want to drive us to the port”. We had to wait fo another driver.

    Unable to find parking garage since the building is a different number then listed, had to wait a long time to get a shuttle and was very disorganized with no real line. The driver told us that the day we returned he would drive us back to our car. When we returned we found him and he said he never said that and we would need to find our own way back now. Had to pay $22 for a taxi which no one said we would have to do that.

    The pickup service was a disgrace. We followed the procedure driver directed on Friday when he took us to the port. On Monday morning, he NEVER answered the texts we sent and did not come for over an hour to the designated location. So, we took a cab for $ 22. and that took away any savings. This is not a source with service to be trusted! If I do not get credited the $ 22, I will post negative comments on this provider!

    1. There were not enough shuttles to get us to the port when we arrived. It took well over an hour to get to the port that was only a 1 1/2 miles away. 2. There were no bathrooms at the garage. We were pretty miserable waiting for a driver to show up. 3. When we returned to the port we called the shuttle number on our reservation and kept getting an answering machine. We waited an hour for someone to pick us up, or even answer our phone call. Nothing. We ended up having to walk back to the garage from the pier. Certainly not what we expected. 4. We found out from people on the shuttle that they had paid $50 for the week when we had paid $75 for the week. I thought I was getting the best price from what your website said, but that apparently was not true. 5. I must add that the garage itself was actually very nice, covered and seemed secure, but all the other things made this a pretty bad experience.

    I was told that pick up and drop off shuttles ran every 15 minutes. On the way to our ship every shuttle ran about 30-40 minutes and one after another was full. There is no organization to set people up so people waiting can get their turn and the shuttles that came, all picked up on different levels of the parking garage having most of us waiting well over an hour. Then on the way back, we waited over hour to get picked and brought back to the garage, after that waited, and still no shuttle, we had to pay a taxi for a ride back to the garage to keep our ground transportation on time. It was an added cost of 20.00, which after paying the additional fee, we could've parked on the cruise ship lot for the same price and avoided all the hassle.
